I always get a call, it a number I don't recognize, so I don't answer.  The caller never leaves a voicemail.

I just got another annoying call from this number about a minute ago. I have asked them not to call, yet they continue. Today she insisted I have never asked. I asked her if she heard me now? Take me off your list, she just tried to talk over me, and wouldn't listen to me tell her not to call me anymore. After a while she actually hung up on me. I would like to know what else I can do to stop them from calling me. They call every day! It is unreal.

Dating service.  They call, even after telling them to stop.  Took forever for them to answer the phone.  Even after I told them I wasn't single and wasn't interested, they still wanted info.  Rude.

They have called my number several times, asked them to cease and desist, but to no avail.
Match maker type marketing call.

You have to say word-for-word, "Put me on your do not call list, and don't call me again." If you do not say that verbatim, they do not have to take you off... "Take me off your list" is simply not enough... Until you say the first phrase word-for-word, they legally can call you as many times as they want. You can try to file a harassment suit, but you will get nowhere because they record all their calls and can pull every call showing you never said the phrase as the law states.

Telephone marketers.  Dating "service."  They pull your information from other sources.  Give them nothing.  Only ever tell them, "put me on your 'Do Not Call list' and do not call me again."  You need not give them anything else.

Calls from 972-239-8134 is from a very EXPENSIVE DATING SERVICE called GREAT EXPECTATIONS!!!!  DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THESE FOLKS!!!!!  I have some friends that got involved..... and they want you to sign up for a dating service that will cost an ARM and a LEG!!!  Maybe TWO ARMS and TWO LEGS!!!!  LOL.......

JC, you are right on the money! Based on 1st hand experience, for men Great Expectations charges a fee of 5,000-6,000.00 per yr. I don't know what the ladies pay, my guess would be nothing. LOL! Dating services, emails, texting, IMs & needing 2 cars for a date? That's technology for ya, great for business as it tears families apart each & everyday. Why else would these people be calling us? LOL, think about it  :)

It is from a very expensive dating service!!! They were formerly known as Great Expectations, but seems they have changed their name to "Dallas Singles". Like most "con" type companies, they have to change their name...as they ripped off so many under the previous name!!!

I have asked these idiots to not call me ever again in life... and to put me on their do not call list... and they are brain dead.... as these [***] keep calling!! My next step is to file a formal complaint with the FTC.... as my phone number is on the national "Do Not Call" list!!!

Same problem for me, they will not stop calling, no matter how many times I ask them not to call.  They have also called me from 214-233-9275.  I contacted the BBB but it didn't make a difference.
