    No answer when I pick up.  Kept calling, so I finally called the number.  Answering machine has male voice with foreign accent, claimed to be some department of revenue, actually taking voice messages. So i left him a very loud message  to quit calling me since I knew he was a scammer.

    Thursday 28 April 2016 -- 10:19 am -- Caller ID said "Dallas Tx".  No message was left.  Google search reveals this is a scam that threatens legal action for back taxes.
