Called but left no message.

Someone left a message that consisted of nothing but "hello" every few seconds for about 20 seconds. Sounded like a [***].

This is another number used by Capital One Auto Finance, I am telling you they are relentless and ruthless! I wish I had never done business with them and as soon as I can refinance I will!

i got a call from one of their other numbers about 15min apart from eachother.  708.546.4538.  i have a ringback tone so it doesnt even ring. just shows up as a missed call.. no message.  eventually they will have an actual person call me since none of the calls come thru.  annoying

I have been receiving calls from  "Kindhearts" requesting donations,  $5  to  $100.  I do have that kind of money.  Please stop calling.

I get calls from 972-378-4101 several times a day.  When you look up this number it is for an optomitrist in Dallas.  This has got to stop. Letting mass marketers call my cell which I pay for is a crime.  We should be allowed to prosecute.  Or at least beat them with a stick.

These airheads keep calling. Sometimes it is a human leaving a message asking for some guy who I do not know. Sometimes it's an automated system telling me to call back. When I call back to complain, I get a phone tree that says, "enter your account number." I do NOT have a Capital One auto loan so I have no account number.

I got a call from this number every 30minutes, my car was payoff a year ago. I called and asked to stop calling my cell phone, they say they will remove my number, but still is been in their computer for almost 3 months.

I have received eight phone calls from this number, three of them I answered and they are looking for someone who had my cell phone number before me.  I have told them THREE times that they have the incorrect number, but they still insist on calling me back.  If it is in fact Capitol One Auto Finance, I am also receiving six other calls from them, only under two different numbers.  I think I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau, or an attorney as I think this is bordering on harrassment.  They are using my cell phone minutes...especially after I told them the very first time they called that they have the wrong number!!!

These people are the worst, i am so sorry that i have a car loan thru them . THey call constantly. Most of the time they do not leave a message. At this time i am behind in my payment, however i have already told them that they will get the payment on Friday, so why are you still calling. They are so annoying, I really want to refinance this car

This is Capitol One Auto Finance Calling. They are calling because you are behind on your bill. I have found this out the hard way and have recieved between 10-15 calls per DAY! Not to mention the 2-4 voicemails they leave per day. Paid the bill, and the calls went away, but if i wasn't so close to the end of my loan, I would refinance just due to the harassment of the phone calls. I know I'm late, some person from India on the other end of the line doesn't seem to understand that I don't have the money today, but it IS COMING so leave me ALONE!

I answer the phone and no says anything.... i don't know what they want... I cannot help them if they never say anything..

I just acquired a loan through Capital One.  Apparently a big mistake, huh?  I have already had two phone calls.  No message.  First payment isn't even due till July 15th.

There should be a lawsuit against these people.I can totally understand a phone call every once in a while if you are more than a couple weeks behind on your payment..I was 1 day late and they called me 17 TIMES IN ONE DAY!! 2 of the calls were 15 min apart.I will NOT answer an incoming call on my cell phone with a long distance area code,are these people for real?? What do they think calling 20 times a day is going to do..I know what it does to me..it makes me wait even longer to make my payments.

Called me 2x's today. Had a auto loan with them up til June, made last full payment on May 29, on time. I knew I owed the measly 66 buck to them but figured it would automatically be drawn out of my account just like the last 60 payments had. Then they called me 2x's today and I did call the number they left back. "Leo" at capital not number one said it was 19 days past due. I told him I had no problem paying it however I assumed it would be taken from the account. So Leo says an automatic payment was cancelled May 21st, now by who is my question. I get no answer on that. So I told him I'll make the payment online. I go to make the payment and my payment account has been deleted. Again, who did this?! I haven't done anything to that account in the 5 years I've had it. It was required to be autopayed from checking or savings so I wasn't too worried about it. However I guess they just cancel your account and try and screw you on the last payment. I wrote them and told them I guess thats why you should stick with your local bank. Also told them I would be canceling their sh*t [***] card too. I can get alot better then 23% through my local bank also and I would never get anything through capital one again.

I was wondering who or what is at the other end of this number.  I just obtained a loan through Capital One.  My first pament is due at the end of July and they have already started calling me 4x a day.  We are not even in July yet!!!  WHAT THE CUS???!!!  I am now seeing what a mistake I made especially reading the previous comments.  There needs to be a law against this kind of harrasment.  Come on!!!!  WHAT THE CUS!!!!!
