Someone named Cicily called from this number (972-378-5795) and said my former employer (I'm retired) needed my Medicare Number.  I went to the Benefit's Office at Stanford University and they never heard of a Cecily.  Please help...

This is actually the 7-11 (Southland Corporation) Benefits Center in the HR department.

This call was in regards to an error on the behalf of my former employer, who had reported my participation in healthcare benefits short of what I had already payed for through my paycheck.

Got a call from this number at my work, and no message was left.

This number is associated with EDS retirement benefits.

Got a vm stating it was concerning my past due XO account. I don't have an XO account.

I got a call from this number.  He asked if this was the name of my former employer but didn't have my name.  When I directed some additional questions to him, he hung up. When I called back, I got a fax number.

Guy left a message asked form me by name, couldn't make out much of the message but it sounded like he was calling from an flying airplane with the cockpit door open, left a number for me to call him back 1800-358-1271, nonworking number.

Our Company recently changed ISP from XO Comm now we are getting collection calls from XO on the number (972-378-5795) I Called it back and got a Fax machine. The caller left a voice mail with a number to call and I got XO COMMUNUCATIONS. We canceled our account but are still being harassed for payment of services no longer provided by XO 4 months later

Called claiming company owed them nearly $3,000 when pressed further and asked if this was one of those scams and letting him know I was going to report him to the Better Business Bureau - caller claimed it was nothing like that maybe they made some kind of mistake!!!!

XO is absolutely horrible about billing. My company had service from them, and upgraded services, except the added it as NEW service. It took over a year to get credited back the incorrect billing. Now that we finally cancelled XO, we started getting collection calls from them for the past 3 months. Completely incompetent company.

I received a call on my cell phone from this number regarding a past due balance.  I have no idea why they are contacting my cell phone. In addition, the message left was impossible to understand and I have no idea what number to call them back at.

A message was left on my cell from this number. The Caller ID says "Communications Benefits Center", but said they were calling on behalf of s company called "Radian Responsible Homeowner Reward". Our mortgage isn't with Radian...

Called about a past due bill. We do use XO so it's legit.

Marlene, you should never, ever post your phone number and email address on a web site. There are too many evil scammers in the world who will take your info and use it in bad ways. Remember: Always be as anonymous as possible on the Internet!

SOMEONE CALLED AND SAID THAT THE PMI ON MY MORTGAGE HAS ENDED AND NEEDED TO SEND ME A REFUND.  I GAVE THEM MY NEW ADDRESS AND NOTHING ELSE.  CAN THEY USE THAT TO GAIN PERSONAL INFO?

Received a call on this no. From someone in Radian about my PMI that it was insured through Radian and that they had or will send me W-9 Form which I need to complete and return as I was due a Refund.  The person said to save time I could give my information to him on the phone and the refund will be in the mail within 10 days.

I just now received the same call, if you paid your mortgage on time you get refund for some amount he said. I asked why he was calling, he said they hadn't received the form back. Said they would mail out another form.

Received call - gave my new address - they sent me W9 for refund from Radian Guaranty, Inc. and Loan Value Group.
