Received a call from them at my place of employment. I wasn't working when they called. They told my coworker that they were a processing server and was going to serve me. My concerned coworker immediately called me. I called the number back and they said they were a law firm and wanted me to verify my social security number. I told them I wasn't giving out that piece of information. They got very crappy with me said I owed a debt across state lines and I had better verify my info. I told them to mail me info on the debt.  They refused said that I had to handle it over the phone.  They said I would have to deal with the embarrassment of being served. I said go right ahead. Until I get a legal document I wasn't providing them with any personal info. I told them my next phone would be to the FTC. And they hung up on me.

a mister maggio left me a rude and thug like message for me to call. when i did it is a collection office for a man i do not even know. i left message to report him to his supervisor and will continue to call till i reach mr. wienstein the supposed supervisor. i have also reported him to my attorney generals office of the state i live in and suggest everyone being wrongfully harrased by this man to do the same.

I got a call from this entity as well, claiming that they had to serve some papers regarding a Federal Reserve "issue". This call was followed by Frank Maggio leaving a very threatening message about calling him back otherwise I leave him with no options ... as the option of maybe coming after me ... it was quite threatening and I know this is illegal. Needles to say, they are dealing with the wrong person. I have NO debt and NO issues, and I know intimidations when I see it, so please be aware of these people and don't fall for it!!!
DO NOT give out any personal information!!
I will report both to the FTC.
