They are either completely incompetent or total scam artists. It's hard to imagine the level of dimwittedness required to spend so much on overhead and so little on the mission. Where does that leave us?

Got a call with callerid "STATE TROOPERS".  Of course, they wanted money but they weren't abusive.

This person or people are stupid they call you and don't leave messages at all. We called the number back in vain no one ever answered. The voice message i accidently got on my voice mail was "is this Chinese because i had a different verbage on beside English".

I sure hope they get caught because they are using the law to get people which is not good at all.

Called at 8pm at night.  I didn't answer and they did not leave a message.

Called just now on my fax line, just moments after I'd received two calls from a different "Toll Free Call".  On this one the Caller ID was "Public Awareness".

My fax line is listed, but it's also listed on the do not call thing so it's rare I get any unwanted calls on it.  This is odd.

Actually, everthing this office does is completely legal. The attorney general approve it and the company has been around for twenty years. There is nothing against the law about any of it and all of you are stupid for saying it isn't legal. Really? How would they have an office space and approval if it was all a scam?

Caller ID says "SAI."  They called without leaving a message, then called again three hours later and did not say anything when I answered.

Caller ID shows S.A.I. There was no response when I said "hello".

Caller-ID said S.A.I, but they left no message.
