Call saying "it is a urgent message just placed on my desk this morning and the call must be returned."

The caller was named Mr. Wallace and he actually called my freind's number wanting to get ahold of me. My freind said he left a VERY RUDE AND NASTY message.

Some woman called and left a message on my phone that if I dont contact her she persue other methods with no regard to me.. I thought to myself well my car note is current so is my mortgage so whatever!! lady go ahead

A Mr.Schembari delt with my "case". he was very rude and proceded to insult my mother about a loan that was over due. he acted as if he was with the police or sumthing. he was very rude an only wanted things to go his way so he could make his comission. The funny thing is is that when my BF called him to tell him to stop harrasing him he was scared to meet face to face, he didnt want to give his address. People like this that are mean to others they dont even know over a little bit of money, dont have good things coming to them in the future, i know that there just trying to do there jobs but being uterly rude and a complete [***] isnt cool. but sucks for them cause karmas a [***] :)

An individual called for one of our employees and was EXTREMELY rude.  He was calling from ACE and said he was doing a investigation.  I told him I would give the employee the message but he proceeded to ask my name and then ask to speak to my manager.  The number didn't come up but when I was taking the message, this is the number that he left.

Mr Holt called everyone knowing that they were on the do not call listing. He has not been rude.  He stated that I need to call back by 1:45 before he moves forward as if he is an attorney.

Yeah he is rude....... said I need to call him back!!!! The double charged me. They are a straight rip off.....called my job and harassed me.

Report any and all calls to the FBI.

This lady just called my house by the name of Johnson and her ext was 7735, said she needs to get my side of the story and when I call them back she never get on the phone, but the guy that answered claim that they were making a claim against me and was gonna contact my employer and get me served, can they do that bull////?

This lady called my friend telling her she needed to give up my number by 1:00pm today if she didn't she was going to have a law suit against her. They even called my In-Laws. I don't know how they got their number, cause we never give out their number. They both told me she was very rude, and threatened them with a law suite.

These people are rude even to someone who does not owe them money. If you do owe them payup and save your co-workers and employers the hassle of dealing with them.

All those calls are being made because they can't do ANYTHING else if they could they would and they wouldn't be wasting their time trying to call and threaten people. I tried to call and make payment arrangements with them but they always say they want the full amount not payments so I will just ignore them until I have enough to pay back the full amount. I don't understand why they can't just be reasonable....forget reasonable I'd settle for civil.

This fool Wallace just talked to me..I laughed so hard and hung up..He thinks we don't know his stupid game

this number called my job and threaten a Hospital.  Stated if i didnt pay it will be a problem at my job.  Also they are doing a investigation and told my Friend and Family I better not laugh this off or else I will be in trouble with the law.  I called to talk w a Wallace and a lady who was the rudest people Ive heard on the phone.  They donot realize it will make you NOT pay because you are soooo angry how they treat u.  Can this be filed with the BBB?  I thought it is illegal to call a place of employmet.  This loan is 1/2 year old.

This persons name is Phillips and he calls at any time of day even on my wife's cell phone. He has been asked by my wife not to call her cell number and continues to do so.

Received a call this morning from this morning asking me to relay a message to one of my co-workers because their line was disconnected. when I asked who this was they said "this is Mr. Wallace and this an important that my co-worker contact him. I asked what is this regarding  and Mr. Wallace said "this is a legal matter and he can not tell me". thanks to this web site I found out it was Ace Cash express loan services. Mystery solved.......

Got a call today from this lady name Alisha Ellis, sounding very formal and authoritative.  Gave me some type of case number...and she was calling for someone else who had used me as a reference.  I called them back and asked that they not call me any more in regards to someones else bill...Heck I am worring about paying my own bills...now I got to worry about other people not paying their bills....give me a freeking break...lol

I tried to pay 100 on my loan and they wouldnt take it. I asked why they wouldn't take  my money and they said they need me to pay 200. Why not take what im offering?! Idiots! Money is money!
