    Same thing...calls with no message. I tried calling it back and received a message that the office was closed to call back between 7-4 PT. It's 10:15 PT, so pretty sure I'm calling in that window! The message did not ID a company name, so sure it is not legit.

    I finally answered after this number called me every day for a week with no message.  It is someone that knew my name saying they are from some 'vehicle registration' service.  I couldn't understand the woman, she barely spoke English.  When I asked to speak to her manager she hung up on me.
