This number calls several times a day.  There is a recording asking for money, but we have no account with them.  When researching this number it appears to be a home number in Irving, Texas.  The recording is asking for bank routing numbers, payment, and verification of some information.  In review of white pages there are several incidents with this number.  The calls are made multiple times per day.

Multiple calls yesterday (5/30), caller ID said "CitiCard".  Automated recording saying it was an attempt to collect a debt and asking for bank account and routing numbers.  Called CitiCard and this is not them.

Said I had a past due amount.  I do not owe a balance.  They wanted me to make a payment over the phone.

Calls all hours, recording, no longer answering this one, it's bogus.

I just received calls from a number claiming to be Citi and asking for bank routing numbers for payment of $63

Gives my husband name and a code to enter. Calls constantly day and night. When you call it goes blank

Turns out that this is National Tire and Battery.

For the last week I get a call from this number.   When I answer there is either no response or they say they are from Cities, at which point I hang up.   Since I have several clients with this area code, I tend to answer the calls but will now focus on the last 4 digits.

I just got called...   from 972-653-3003 asking to pay my Good-Year account - what !!  I don't even have a car?
they asked me to call back to some 1-866 number with a personal key-code they provided... yes good luck with that!.

they say they are Citi Bank, I told them they are lying, and hung up.

This number calls me several times a day at least 10 times asking me to pay money over the phone. I asked him what company is asking for a dept collection? He said visa card i told him i was all caught up with my visa card thank you. He said from 2008?  I had a visa card never had a 2000.00 credit limit! Maybe at that time 300.00 tops. Also attempted to give me great compliments about keeping that card current and maintaining such a satisfactory status until now. He said so what happened? I was like  so i owe a 2000.00   debt from 2008 and it is now 2017 nice try

Robocall calls multiple times a week claiming I have a problem with my Citibank account. They do have my name. They ask for my billing ZIP Code to confirm my identity.

This is CitiBank, I can say I know that this is for my Staples Credit Card so it may be a CC you have through a different company

This number has been calling me every day around 10 am, about 58 seconds per call, for about 3 weeks now, wanting money.  I have resolved a billing issue (I think) with Brooks Brothers for some short exchanges.  Supposedly it is a case of fraud by someone from Glasgow KY using my info.  Brooks Brothers customer service and credit card departments confirmed that all of my purchases were made with Discover (not a Brooks Brothers Platinum MasterCard).  Calls appear to be coming from the Irving, TX, area.  I got fed up with it and sent a terse text message to this number to stop the harassment.  The customer service area at Brooks Brothers advised me not to communicate with this number.  I want the calls to stop!!!

These people have called me at various hours .  They never leave a voice message or a text...just continue to call.  Recently it's been around 9:00 every morning and has become very annoying.

I REFUSE to answer  their nuisance calls.

An unwanted call from this Irving TX number was received in violation of the Do Not Call law.  When the answering machine picked up, a recorded woman's voice claimed to be Citibank inquiring about a certain credit card (that I do not carry) and directing a return call to an 866 area code number.

Folks, this is a scam, pure and simple!  AVOID THESE SHYSTERS!

I just spoke with American Airlines Credit Card Online department, asked them if they called me, they stated no. No notes are on my account regarding any calls made to me and my account is up to date with no issues.  They advised that if I do answer the phone, do not provide any details.  Great job making it seem legit with the part of the message stating that you can go online to check your account.  I did that and I called.  The number that shows up on my caller id is 972 653 3003 advising to call 888 285 9500.

this number is for a credit card called Drive Card for Treadquarters if you have a balance with this tire/car repair company--you know where you can get your oil changed.

This is CITI but they are the credit card holders for Tractor Supply.  For me it's a credible number.
