I get about four or five calls a day from this # 972-655-0010 and a few days ago I started getting calls from 972-653-1000. Both #'s never leave a message and I haven't had any response when I answer the calls. I can hear people talking in the background, but they never talk to me.

They are a bill collector from one of your private lable credit card accounts

Our calls from this number are all in Spanish and they leave no message.  How do we stop it?

I've started getting these calls as soon as I activated my tracfone... I don't have any credit cards, nor am I in any kind of debt. I've never even applied for any credit cards from any stores or anything.

Received a call yesterday 1/13 at 4:10pm. Received calls before, but didn't know that I could report it somewhere

[b]PHISHING scam![/b] they use 2 numbers mainly, (972)655-0010 AND (972)653-1000

Caller I.D. simply reads "Texas".  No voicemail message indicating the purpose of the call or its intended recipient is ever left by the caller.  I also receive multiple daily calls from the above numbers at my workplace phone number.  According to the website 800notes.com, many people are being harassed or annoyed by this caller.  According to 800notes.com, the business has been recorded by various consumers' Caller I.D. systems as "CTI", "Citicard", "Citicard collections", or some variant thereof, however, as they continue to deprive me of the courtesy of knowing for whom they are calling or for what purpose, I do not feel obliged to answer their calls, or to endure their harassment, which is why I am filing this complaint.

This belongs to Citi - probably about the family of private label cards:  HomeDepot; Shell; ExxonMobil; Sears

This number has called at least 3 times a day at my house and many more than that at my parent's.  They are asking for my father!

This number 703-655-0010 and 972-655-1000 call at least 5 times a day.  I have told them to stop calling.  My number is on the "DO NOT CALL" registry and they need to stop harrassing me.  I told them my situation and they still continue to call.  Please stop them.

This phone # called me and didn't leave a message. I do have a citi card but  I pay on time. I have a cell phone how did they get my #?

The caller is legit. I forgot to make my february payment on my gas card.... Hope this helps someone out.

I've gotten 2 sets of calls from this number from 2 different people today. Both were very hostile & aggressive. They seemed to be scam callers trying to badger people into revealing personal information. They hung up when I confronted them. I don't have any reason to have debt collectors call me & debt collectors probably wouldn't be afraid to identify themselves.
