There is sometimes an automated message and sometime there is not, but there is never anyone to talk to.

I get these calls three times a day every day.  The caller ID says CTI, not to be confused with CITI.  I have an account with Citi and I have had to make some payment arrangements with them. I talked to someone from this number before and he told me that there was nothing they could do for me and that I should file bankruptcy or contact a credit counselor.  I told him that I had nothing to say to him and I had already taken care of my account.  I requested that they stop calling, which they did, for a while.  I pretty much ignore the calls now because I have already taken care of making my payments.  However, if you have an account with Citi cards, Office Depot, or Shell, they are also run by Citi.  Just FYI.  If you have to make arrangements or if you are past due on any of your accounts, contact the company directly.  They are more than willing to work with you.  They would rather make some arrangements with you than to have you not pay your debt at all.

They called three times and on the 3rd time, a recorded message was a reminder to pay my RADIO SHACK payment

This is citi, but my zales account is owned by citibank.  There was a mix up in the scheduling of a payment online to them by me, and they were calling because the payment was 17 days past due.  I took care of it. So this is a legitimate number for any account that you have that citibank owns.

Have had this call for two straight days now? They have left me no messages? Called a total of 5 times in two days? Guess the next one i should answer? If there is something important why are they not leaving a message?

I am getting 2-3 calls and they are during the middle of the night as I am living in Hawaii. No messages were left and when I called back I just cancelled all cards that I have with Citibank.

calls about 5 or 6 times a day.  wish it would stop!  Its really pi**ing me off
