they keep calling and leave no message, when I call back all I get is a busy number

This caller continues to call to my c.phone several times a week.  I've not answered yet because I do not want to get charged for this long distance call.I am certain that I should not be getting this call.

they call 3 or 4 times a day on my cell phone. I do not answer calls from peope i don't know. they never leave a message. What can this be?

It's Citibank financial.

Even if you answer they don't pick up. I called back and got a message from May 18, 2000 something.  As noted before, it's Citibank.  I listed them as WILL NOT ANSWER in my phonebook so I won't pick it up anymore.

They call me atleast three times everyday and if I pick up, they don't anser. If I don't pick up, they leave no message. If I ever try to call them back, even right after they call, I always get a busy signal...

I have been getting calls from this number several times a week.  It appears as Citigroup.  After it was busy several times, I finally reached a real person who was  extremely rude.  She stated that she has never called my number and that if I ever called back I would regret it.  She accused me of being blind because this was not Citigroup.

It is Cit's automated dial system.  When you answer, it goes thru to a person.

I get the same thing, WTF is going on with Citi?  Is it really Citi that's calling?  I also call back and it's a busy signal.

call 1-866-680-8628. i was behind a week on my citi card payment due to moving. they took a payment over the phone without a fee, they were very nice and even removed the late fee and the calls will be stopped.

22 calls this week from 972-655-3476. They never talk. All hours of the day and middle of the night too.
