Threating messages about garnish wages

keep threatening garnishment but won't say who they are collecting for

Left message about an "appointment verification for a claim she received and that they would show up at my work tomorrow". She did not identify the company she was calling from nor did she identify who this "claim" was from.  She called my employer for "employment verification" and personal information that my employer did not give out.  She also refused to identify what company she was with when she spoke with my employer.  Reported the call to the FCC.

Got a call about a payday loan from 2011......never have done a payday loan! Andy Collins was his name at R&G. Complete [***] and it is a total scam. These peices of [***] need to get both a job and a life

The representative on the phone Bill Walker stated that I thought I was above the law and prayed that they take my green card away.

They called me to threaten me that they were going arrest me for a hot check from Wells Fargo which I've never had an account

Got a call wanting to talk to ex-daughter-in-law as there was a legal matter they needed to discuss.  xDIL hasn't lived with us in over 15 years and I'm not about to hand out anyones number to someone who can't say 4 english words in a row correctly. Got a call from another number earlier in the week about a lawsuit against me "referencing" my xDIL by name. Had one word for them before I hung up "Stickit".

Do you have and address for Retrieval Mediation, I'm filling a consumers complaint with Attorney General and I need an address. I could not get an address from a Rep that called me. All I got out of her is Atlanta GA, with a Dallas phone number.

Got a call saying I had taken out a payday loan and then wrote a check from  a Bank of America account to pay the loan back. However, she proceeded to say I  apparently closed the account before the payday loan could be paid back. I told her she was wasting her time, because it wasn't me and she wasn't getting any thing from me. She became very irritated with me and told me I had committed theft by check and that was a felony, and then hung up.
