- Bob| 1 replyI got a call from them just before 5PM (EDT) today (Oct 3, 2013). Ignored it.
- Ann| 1 replyAbout 6th call I got from a man called "John". Asks if I purchase medications and then says that I've ordered Viagra from them before. I'm 87, blind, and bedridden - I don't think so! Told him to take my name off their list which I also did all the other times he called. Told him if he called again I would track his number down and take him to court for harassment.
- Caller: caller Idenifies himself as "John"
- Ralph| 1 replyHeavy India type accent. Said his name was "Daniel" and that he was from Microsoft tech support. Said, "It's about your computer" three times. Said, "your computer is sending malware messages to us" three times. When I told him to get to the point, he got confused, so I told him to do something anatomically impossible three times and hung up.
- Caller: Some asshat
- carine replies to RalphSame as Ralph...Computer malware, wanted me to let him walk me thru opening apps on my phone...ummm dont think so.
- ANNCalled said I virus in my computer that is being repeatedly reported to Microsoft. Hung up on him.
- you can't fool megot a call from a guy with an indie accent. asked for me and did I have time to talk about a problem with my windows computer. I told him I didn't have the time to talk about being ripped off. he hung up
- Caller: unavalable
- snjnt2Got this call telling me that my windows is sending out wireless malware and spam. This is pure bologna. Microsoft will never call you except if you are calling them, And I get these phone calls alot and the person talking is with an India accent. I let him have it verbally.
- jessicaGot a call, heavy accent from someone saying they are with microsoft. My husband him off and hung up. They called back! Wanted to know why he had used profanity with them hahaha he told them off again.
- STEVE replies to AnnThese people from this company call me about 20 times a day.
There is no way of stopping them. - FrancesI ignored the call just now. Earlier today I had an "unknown" caller. I answered and could tell it was international due to the delay, then a man said a quick hello. When I said hello, he hung up. A few weeks ago, the same thing happened.
- NatThis guy with the India accent is at it again. I got same call as the ones above in Oct/Nov, that he was with Microsoft and my computer had downloaded a virus and he needed to access my computer to assist. Don't think so.
- LindaCalker ID show the number being Dallas, Texas, I don't answer and no message is left so it can't be that important
- JTReported to no call list
- Elizabeth HJust received a call from 972-728-0074 (who HAS called me before as US Pharmacy) and is now calling me as "Windows Technical Support". I asked him for his company name, he repeated that, and then when I told him Windows was not a company, he told me the name was Echo Tech Support and they were a division of windows. Which I pointed out was still not a company, and they were not affiliated with Microsoft. His story was that my computer had sent a message to them that it had downloaded some virus file (if anyone out there is reading this and is not in the know - your computer would NOT do any such thing. The only time it would send a file is if it's communicating with your antivirus settings, or if you've already got a trojan that is sending out packets... a healthy computer doesn't send information to anyone regarding anything without the user asking it to - not including communication between software you've installed and it's manufacturer). So I called him on his crap, he mysteriously did not hang up on me which is what normally happens. I advised him that I was registered on the Do Not Call list, that his company had called me previously as US pharmacy, that his company was committing fraud based on soliciting business under the pretense in which they were, and to take me off of their call list. He told me he'd take care of it (which is unlikely). I'm going to start answering each time they call so that the call is documented on my cell phone records, and I'm going to file a complaint with the FTC... maybe if they get fined they'll go away? or likely relocate to a new phone number with a new line of crap
- Caller: supposedly Echo Tech support/Windows Tech support
- Call type: Telemarketer
- MargaretThey have called me a few times asking if I take any medications. This last time they called saying they are Microsoft tech support and that they need to install an update on my computer. I told them this is my work computer. They hung up. I hope they call again so I can mess with them a little bit.

After he figured out I was just messing with him, he tried to threaten me that this is a professional call and I cannot play around. I called him a scammer, whch he claims not to be. He then called me back and said "I was a Mother Fu****"

- NancyGot a call from 972-728-0074 about Microsoft Services, asked who he was calling. He gave me my mother's name. I thought that was fantastic, she has been in Heaven for the past 20 years. I didn't know that God was using computers up there and I told him so. Also warned him not to call my number again. He has an Indian accent. I told him to remove my number from his list or things are going to get scary!
- luigge replies to BobGot a call this morning from random phone number, clue number 1. Guy had heavy indian accent, clue number 2. Said they were getting malware links from my windows 7 computer(which i have a windows 8)...clue number 3. From there, he asked me to log into my key registry and then go to some website to run their program which allows for remote access to to my computer...uh, wtf, clue number 4 and the last one before I told him that:
I'm sorry, but you called me to saying that you're microsoft and worried about my computer being at risk. Shiiit, really. Microst really cares that much about me? Please. I then asked him to provide me with an actual microsoft e-mail address, an error issue control number, and a 1-800-number that I could call to reference this issue.
He hung up. Consumer beware.....but unfortunatley people are DIRTBAGS! Hope this review helps.
