My son is receiving calls from this number on his prepaid cell phone, he is 13, and they were rude when I asked them to stop calling and how soon they could have his number removed, I was hung up on and had to call back and talk to a supervisor. Supervisor was helpful but atleast I got to cuss out the girl who was rude to me! :-P

I received a call from this person and it was for a cell phone bill I believe.  When I told him the person I did not know where my niece was and that I paid her bill one time and that was it.  This person calls me the next day and was trying to make it seem like I was rude to him when I told him he that he was disrespectful to continue to talk to me in this fashion.  The call back number is 800-387-4533 Ext, 2421

This number is a collection agency in Carrollton Texas at the corners of S Josey Lane and East Jackson Road. They are on the SW corner of the intersection. They have a web page that looks like it was written by someone around the age of 12 or 13. web address is http://www.natlrec.com DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION, they ask for checking account info and pose as a job, that you supposedly applied for in order to gain you SSN and BANK ACCOUNT info. Someone needs to shut these UNACCEPTABLE practices DOWN! They will hit your bank with an electronic check usually numbered 9999 and try to defraud your account if they think they can collect any $ that way. Lowest of the scum of the earth. I realize people need jobs, but this company's methods and unscrupulous behavior makes one wonder how their employees sleep at night, must pay really well!

Somehow, these people got my daughter's Go Phone (no contract or SS needed) and started harassing her about a cell bill.   How did they get her number since it is not tied to a contract?  The representative pressured her into agreeing to paying her bill with an automatic withdrawal from her account.  Unfortunately, my daughter was susceptible to these practices.  I have instructed her to change her account number immediately.

Roger Keyes from this number called me. He tried to get information from me. When I wouldn't give it to him he became rude and yelled at me. I asked to speak to his manager. He told me he was the department head. I told him I didn't owe any money. He yelled more and hung up on me. BE VERY AWARE. I am a former police officer and these guys are no good. These people called my spouse's mother and told her that he had a complaint on his driving and that he or a lawyer should call her back. Of course the mother was upset and my spouse was unemployed at the time, she was worried and scared to death. Can these people keep telling lies and ruin a name without any conscience. How in the hell do they live with what they say and do. I was always told what you do in life comes back twice as worse. Maybe that will happen...

a Caller for MRS keeps calling me and asking for someone that does not live her. Plus my caller ID will not show the name of the company or caller << that’s  illegal   >>>

I was called and told that I had an outstanding balance with AT&T and that if I did not pay the bill within one hour my credit would be marked negatively.  I called AT&T directly and was told that my account was current and there was not an outstanding balance  -- the call was fraudulent.  I filed a complaint with the Fort Worth, Texas Better Business Bureau.

I seem to get these calls about 2-4 times a week both on my cell and at home. They don't make you feel very comfortable talking to them. They demand money every time and tell you that it will go on your credit report as a negative. They make the worst come out of you. and say things you would normally not say. They made me cry because I got so upset. They can demand all they want does'n mean they will get. They even demand that you call them all hours of the day.

Received three calls back to back, no message left. I was suspicious and googled the number and look what i found

just like the rest of the people some random man called from this number talking about a bill that we didn't have and i started to argue with him and then he got loud and argued with me...... so i hung up on him .... don't know what they are but they need to stop harassing people

These people keep calling for the person I bought my new house from. I can not believe that this can go on. I have told them that person does not live here and they do not own my house. Next I asked them how my phone number was associated with him or how they got it no answer. I told them to never call back. They called my 9 year old son. I am now looking for a way to get the FBI involved. This should be very illegal to call and har(ass) children. It is not my bill nor should they be able to get my number involved with some jerk that used to own my house. But when they talk to my children they have opened a new problem for themselves. Any suggestions on some legal action not a law suit but jail time please let me know. I want this company and the persons involved that continue to do this. They are low life scum. They should be shut down and serve jail time.

I got a call today thrice, they didnot even leave a voice message and when Ic alled them back, they said that I have a due on the account of att and asked me pay for that. they said a phone number which is longer on my name and its been already a year that I transffered that number. When I spoke with att they said, the account is clear and there are no past dues on the account.

I just received a call from them too ... they left me a very rude message to call them ... yeah right, wait for my call !!!

Multiple people have been calling about an alleged unpaid bill.

What is odd is they had the correct last 4 digis of my ssn. They wanted me to confirm my SSN and I refused. Then I asked for their address and they refused. They gave a PO Box which they sent a letter to, but I don't have a PO Box.

Clearly a scam. I reported them to the USPS Inspection serive. This is clearly Mail Fraud which I believe punishable up to 20 years in jail. If you call you again, remind them of that. Also filed complants with the Inspection Services.

If I feel motivated I may call the cell phone company and see if there was a service taken out in my name. But cleary they are scam artists based on what I've read here. More likely than not, they are in an obscure location with the phone routed all over the place.

My husband has been receiving phone calls from a person named Amanda saying he owes a past due bill from ATT.  She stated that if he didn't give her a post dated check which is illigal to do by today that she was going to take it out of his paycheck.  He called ATT and they said that he has no outstanding bill and don't know what they are talking about.  Someone needs to do something about these types of people.
