The 3rd time we have received a call from this company going by the name of Merchant Services.
They first say we are being overcharged for compliance fees and other erroneous changes that we should not be billed for.
They also ask for a copy of your last 2-3 statements of processing so they can look at  your rates and fees.
This is just there way of switching you over by saying we can save you money on these certain charges.  
I prefer not to speak with them again , if you come across a call like this and it is not a reputable company and you cannot find information about them, ask to be out on the do not call list.    
They will change the name of the company over and over again, so keep your ears open.  
they may also double team and if the agent on the line can not convince you they will have a call center manager click in to answer questions, its still no good.......

Same number and company just called me this morning for 2nd time and saying the same thing,and I asked if they the one who do my credit card processing, they said yes. I almost believe them and almost fax them my past statement, then the last thing I ask was what is my merchant ID if they the one who do our credit card processing company, the got no answer and I just told them to go get a real job.

I knew that they ARE NOT my company and I asked three times if they were affiliated and LISA said yes.  Told her that she was not and that she was LYING and she got mad and said that I was wasting HER time as she hung up.

Got a call today from the 972-852-0804 talking about a over charge on my statement. When I asked if they were from my credit card company they said yes. She asked me to get my last statement when I asked what was the name of my business, she said her computer had just went down and all she had was my phone number. I told her I was not interested and she told me to enjoy my high rates.

They called me 12 times. I called my credit card people and they said they were just trying to switch me over. I am on the do not call list so why do they keep calling? What good is the do not call list?

Received a call from Belinda telemarketer regarding overcharges on my November statement regarding charges for the processing of my credit cards in my retail business.  She did not have my Nov statement or any info but kept insisting I was overcharged for increases in November that were not legitimate charges.

I ask her what were those charges were under on the statement and how much they overcharged me.  She could not tell me.
Then she hung up.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY>>>>>>>>

I work for a vet clinic and they called this morning, I asked for her number and name to call her back, she called me an idiot and said to just give me the information. I told her no way, I was not stupid, and she would not give me a supervisor. This is a SCAM never give your info over the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We get calls from "wholesale bank" from this number. They want our statements but have no information on the business itself. Called our credit card company and were advised not to give them any information, credit card company has never heard of them

I received the same call at least four times in two days. I told them I was calling my credit card company to have this number verified. the lady, Jesy, (that's how she said to spell it) got upset and said I should keep better records of my statements and shouldn't have to call the company to get them sent to me. I told her that they were looking into it for me and she hung up

Lisa called today, total scam!

I haven't had much luck with the "do not call" list myself.

Yes.  This company is a SCAM.  Give them nothing and report them.
