Has called several times

It is Credit Ones number but they call even when bill isn't due for 20 more days bill due 3-9 calls on 2-23

This number calls every day,when answer it says nothing.

We get a call at least 5 - 7 times a day, no one speaks when you answer and then after 15 - 20 seconds the phone just hangs up.

I just called the 972-969-0198 and it is Credit One Bank - I did speak to a live person and I let them give their speech about this call be monitored and taped, then I told them to remove our number and name from their list and to stop calling us.  So I will see if I get another call or not.
So please call the number back and inform them to stop calling you and for them to take your number off their list.  Since it's being recorded and monitored, they're suppose to honor it

Call them back and have them remove your name and number off their list.  Let them give you their speech about them recording this call, etc and then tell them

I get 10-20 calls a day, 7 DAYS A WEEK!  When I answer no one speaks. When I let it go they never leave a message. That to me is harassment. Bill collectors by law can only contact you 1 time in a seven day period! (Got that from a legal source)

I get this number 9729690198 about ever 2-3 hours a day.   I do not even have a account with who ever this is.  How do I stop them calling.

That law is only valid if you SPEAK to the collector. If their calls are not being answered, they can call every 5 minutes if they want. Please don't claim to know a violation when you are not correct.

Several calls per day with only barely a ring and they hang up. I can't even get to the phone and they have hung up.
Yes, I was late on this months payment, but did make it and shouldn't be getting calls at this point.

Hangs up as soon as i answer. Never says anytjing, then hangs up after a second or two.
