Asking about electric bill.....going to report them on The Do Not Call List.

the do not call list is another scam  they do nothing.. probably selling your number to the scammers !!!

I got a call the other day from 973-273-7864. No message was left. I think they are telemarketers for these new companies who are trying to get you to switch your electric carrier. Every time I block one number, more call me the next day. I wish they'd get the idea, NO means NO!!

This is nothing but nonsense.  When you call this number you get a message of:  "If you would like to be placed on our do not call list,  press 1".  You never really know who is calling or what they are calling about.

This phone number just call me three minutes ago. Did not leave any message. Who knows what they want. Yesterday, they called me twice.

I do not know how to stop them from continuing to call me, I sometimes feel that they are very annoying.

Called, then hung up. I have gotten several calls in the past and a tape recording asked me if I wanted to switch my electric company. I am on the Do Not Call Registry. I think a Class Action law suit might be needed to stop them from calling.

I've received a minimum of 2 calls a day from this number for about a month, it says to press 1 to be removed from their call list, everytime I do that I get 4 calls the next day! Its this number and multiple others about switching electric carriers, no amount they could save me now would make me switch.

I keep getting calls from this number.  It is a recording about lowering my electric bill. In the past, I have pressed 2 to decline "the opportunity". This time I pressed 0 to speak to a representative, and someone named Josh came on the line.  He asked if I had my Electric Bill available, and when I asked to be removed from their calling list, I suddenly was disconnedcted and heard a dial tone. These calls come all throughout the day and evening hours, and I wish they would stop.

Freaking call about if I'm paying too much for my electric bill! They don't give up!!! I usual don't answer when it reads, Newark, NJ...they got lucky tonight, because they called ealier and I didn't answer, but then my cousin was calling me from Newark, and I thougt it might have been her...do I answered...STUPID ME!!!  It stopped for a while, I listen til the end to tell anyone that answered I want to be removed from the list, but no one ever answered! Instead they tell you if you want to be removed...blah, blah, blah...! So I left a message...I yelled into the phone..."My FUCXING number is FUCXING xxx-xxx-xxxx, and I want to FUCXING be taken off your FUCXING calling list!!!"  It actually stopped...for a while! Last week some guy knocked on my door asking to see my electric bill so he can show me how much I'm overpaying...said, "not interested," so he left. Saturday, I get a letter from Plumsted Township that they're changing our electric company and we can opt out if we want to. OMG!!! They got to the powers that be!!!  Needless to say...the calls never end!!! WHHHHYYYYYYYYYY!!!

same as the others, utility scam.  I hope whoever is running this gets stuck in a traffic jam and has a dog in the car that gets diarrhea.

never ending bogus calls

I'm really sick and tired of (whomever this is) calling me several  times a day!

I've got this number on my caller ID six times in the last four days!

The Do Not Call Registry has been wonderful at getting rid of calls from legitimate businesses, but these a$$holes don't care about the registry.  They're scammers out to make a quick buck off some unsuspecting person and they do it while annoying the crap out of those of us who know better!
