This number rang on my cell phone today and I answered.  They told me I had called them and wondered who I was.  I told them they called me and that I did not call them at all.  I hung up.

They called me twice... but not left any voice message. When I tried to reach them they said that we don't know who called...check the voice mail and the caller not left any voice mail for me...looks like...some scam...

It is the generic number of Horizon Blue cross blue shield that you see when anyone from inside calls you. For calling back though you need to have the persons direct number

These people are so annoying...they keep calling & of course never leave a message. What cowards. Get a real job & stop annoying people..........

Someone from this # called me. Told my name and birth date .And asked if it was correct.
I said yes. Now I am worried. I called this number back.There is answering. You can not get any more information..

BCBS states that this is NOT a Blue Cross Blue Shield number.

Caller claimed to be a nurse from BCBS and asked me to call her back.  I called BCBS directly to verify whether this is a BCBS number - they said it is not.

I have received a call from this number 3 times. Although I have not answered any of the calls I believe this number belongs to Horizon Health Care.

It is Horizon Blue Cross & Blue Shield of NJ. The initial prompt is not for your name but for someone within their department. I received a call because I had submitted a claim to them and they were simply returning my call. (There should also be more options on the drop down menu below...such as: Insurance Company, Retail Store, etc.

They called and said they were Horizon BC and wanted to verify if I'd been to a hospital or doctor in the last 6 months.  I don't even have that insurance.......??????   They even had my information......name, DOB, etc.   I didn't answer anything.........no need to because I don't have their insurance.

they called my dr. office trying to get upwith me stated something was going on with my insurance .insurance not even in my name
