Vonage support for billing if your cc gets declined for monthly fees.

they call us and we dont hav vonage and never did

They called my cell yesterday and today. I only hear silence when I pick up.

I do not have Vonage and never did.
Nobody was on the other end when I answered
I have a private phone number and don't know how they got it

Calls me every day since I got my new cell phone last month. Never answers. Never leaves a message.

I also received calls from this number. After reading these posts, I called Vonage and told them to stop calling my cell phone. They said it will be done within 24 - 48 hours. Hope this helps

I've gotten several calls from this number (it says Vonage on the caller ID), but we never pick up.  There is a voice mail now every 3-5 days from this number now, but it's always silent.  So I called the number - and got Vonage customer service.  Navigated the robo-assistant and stayed on hold for 2 minutes.  Spoke with a very nice (real) customer service person who put me on their do not call list.  Hopefully I won't hear from them again.  She didn't explain what the issue was, but she did indicate that other people had also called to complain.

We received a call on our vonage line from 9734499989 and don't know who it could be from.  This was on June 18th, 2010

I get a call from this number every day, sometimes 3 times a day. Got old very fast

I am getting a call once a day from this number.

I just lucky to get called by this number. I have spoke with the folks at vonage and they seemed unaware of this happening. I have informed them that their system is generating phone call drops on a continual basis and as a customer if this did not cease immediately I would terminate service. They think it is some type of marketing call from the system and said that I'm now on their do not call list.

It is Vonage. Not sure why they call but they identified themselves as vonage.

They call me all the time on my vonage number and try to offer me vonage service.  I tell them that they are calling me on a vonage line; I already have their service.  They apologize for the error and then call back again a week later, same old story.

yes, they tried to get me to add a second line and after repeating several times i have no use for one, they hung up abruptly.  i googled the # almost thinking it was a scam.  amazed at how poor the majority of their customer "service" people are.

I get this alot too, but I never pick up.  Another "weird" thing is that if this is a Vonage phone number, calling my Vonage phone number, why doesnt the number ever show up on my call history list from Vonage?  Is it because they dont want an actual record of their annoying telemarketing calls?  Ive been rethinking my relationship with Vonage.  Telemarketing to your own customers is a great way to lose them, at least for me.  Has any other Vonage customer ever seen this number show up on their Vonage call history records?
