take this number seriously and try to check on your credit report immediately~ they are known to miss up your credit by sending unpaid credits to your credit report.Check web Midland Funding they are connected.

Yes, it's Nudelman, Klemm & Golub, an attorney law firm in New Jersey.  ****THEY ACTUALLY FILE COMPLAINTS AND SUE FOR THEIR CLIENTS,**** those being credit card companies like Capital One, as well as others.  Watch out...if they file a complaint against you for Capital One or anyone else and you don't properly deal with the situation they'll eventually file a Writ of Execution and try to levy on your real property and/or garnishee your bank account.  Best thing to do is show up at the hearing and try to fight the case.  Don't just ignore it or you'll lose by default.  

I like to call them "Noodlebrain, Phlem, & GoGrub."  lol

got me on a monthly payment plan.. puts a hold on interest and any legal action if i stick with it...
