I got a call at 7:30 PM but no message left. When I called abck to check the number it was Card Services but no message left

Got a call the ID said it was from NEWARK NJ but the message was from Card Services. A nasty message. I deleted it.

received a call from 973-848-5719 said they were from card services and that they could help lower the interest rates on my credit card.  I asked which card they were with and they said they couldn't tell me.  They wanted me to give them my information and became upset when I told them that I wouldn't give them any of my information.  If they were calling from one of the banks I have cards through they should have my information.  They then hung up.

I just got a call from 973 848 5719. When I called back I was placed on hold after being told it was card services.  Got suspicious and googled the number and found this site.  There is something fishy about this number for sure.

it's bank of americas aoutomated system telling us we are late on our credit cards

My phone rings daily showing this number, but they never leave a message.

I have never done business with Bank of America and got a call from that number. Has someone considered reporting it?

The call is from "Card Services". It is some kind of collection agency not to hard press the customer but to remind him/her his/her account is past due and must be paid at least minimum due to avoid more penalties.

Bank of America for one is sure to use these services. I wont be able to know more about if they have other banks using them. They are NOT BOA. BOA uses their services.

They wont mis-use your info but yes, calls like that definitely adds to the stress.

I got a call like 4 hours back. Now I called them back from Skype (no number for me) and tormented 2 difft collectors who kept on looking for that morsel they were about to get.

Feeling better now with that plus 10mg diazepam. yoohhooooooo

I have been getting at least two calls a day.  The message they leave is just short and just say they are from "card services",  I have news for them, I am not behind on any of my credit cards, and I am sure not going to make a long distance call to them.  I blocked their number.

I got a call from this number yesterday and today, no msgs. Will post if I learn more.

Got a call from this number today. If they left an actual message, it must not have been picked up by my service because all I heard was an badly and barely audible automatic woman's voice recite these letters:

S (or was it F?) O N (she then says "dash") T A N W O L F (she says "dash") MA

That's it.

I received a call from 973 848-5719 several times.  There was an automated message to reduce CC interest rate.  I just hung up an didn't wait to explore the source of the call, figuring it wasn't worth my time.

Calls come every day at 0830/1230/420/615
Yes I'm behind 1 month on BOA payment, it's them reminding me and wants a post dated check
