Called twice today and several times a week

Rang saying I have problems with my PC.
Rang three times as I refused to believe him.
Finally he said they would have to block my PC.
He claimed to be from "Windows Server"

They even call us in England (even though cold calling is a criminal offence here if you have registered an opt out with the TPS). If I find out who they are I'll subpoena their CEO to court in England.

Called me, 8/8/2014 @ 12:25pm, India accent, said his name was Doug Williams and caller ID #975-964-2811.  He said that he was working with Microsoft and that my computer was infected and would shut down shortly, he said he was calling to help.  Obviuosly I was suspiscious and asked for his credentials, he gave me the following information,

Name: Doug Williams (not the Redskins super bowl winning QB, lol)

man with an Indian accent said he was from microsoft and my computer was sending out warnings that it was in danger of pc attacks.  He asked me to go to my computer and he would talk me through it.  He asked what I saw on the screen and I told him "the department of criminal justice logo"  When I asked for his credentials and the IP address of the computer that was supposedly sending out the signals, he couldn't.  When i asked him about FTP and remote computer log access, he froze up and started to cuss to himself.  LOL  Obviously a scam to get personal information.  Don't fall for it.

I have gotten this call more than once. The police said we should be reporting calls like these to the Federal Trade Commission & Attorney Generals Office.  I haven't yet on this one, but some others I have.

Called 3 time tonight. The last time at 9:14 pm. No message.

Called at 10:09. I said "Hello" ..nothing..said "Hello" again and a recording said "Goodbye"

Called at 10:30 at night, woke up my family.  Damnit!!  Can't call the number back and these freaks call all the time.  

Called and asked for our wifi password because someone was hacking our system.

got a call from the same number today at 904 am . this will be the second time someone has call saying they are from microsoft ... needless to say knowing what was about to be said i began to rip him a new one . considering one im a pc tech and he was accussing me of pirating my windows and second im from the main state of microsoft and microsoft wont call you if they catch a hacker in theyr programing they will press charges . i even called microsoft to confirm this . by the time i was done i actually had him saying he was a scammer . took all of 3 mins and 47 secs .

Got call from 975-964-2811 scam says it is from missouri did not pick up call.....scam.      

I had three calls in two hours.  I answered the third call and they didn't speak

Keep getting calls from this # with background noise & no one speaks.

Has called four or five times a day for a week.  Nobody on the line and call backs result in an automated operator telling me the "number is not valid."  Sometimes the caller ID says the name is "Private Caller" and sometimes it is just a long string of numbers after a capital V.   Really really  annoying!

This number just called from 'Overseas' and I answered it to no response. Hung up after 5 seconds but kinda knew it was an Indian scammer. Only had our landline for less than a month I can't believe these scumbags are so quick. Telstra has a mole somewhere.

As these 'calls from Microsoft' as scams from India, does anyone know how to cuss in HindI?  I SO want to tell the scumebag what I think of him, his poor excuse for a Mother AND the cow she rode into town on!

Have been receiving calls from 975-964-2811 for weeks - continuously before and after 9:00pm - yesterday received calls at 9:25pm, 9:55pm and 10:38pm; caller always hangs up before hitting my answering machine or when I do answer, caller does not acknowledge; when I tried to call the number back, receive a recording stating "number dialed is not a valid number":..I am on the Do Not Call list and this is totally a violation.  Any suggestions of how to stop these calls?

Got a call at 08:26 GMT today 15/8/2014.  Picked up phone and said "hello" several times.  About 40 seconds of silence on the phone and then an automated voice said "goodbye".   My house phone indicated that it came from number 001 975 9642811

This sort of call is highly irritating!!
