- Caller: Comcast
- angelhelpThis is Comcast. They call 3x/day lately, never leave a message, and never admit to telemarketing.
- Caller: Comcast
- RipRap| 1 replyI get calls from this number at least once a week. They never leave a message, so they will never get a callback. The number is based in Lowell, MA if that helps anyone. They have to be pretty STUPID not to leave a message, and expect me to ever answer them when they call. My caller ID says COMCAST.
- Caller: COMCAST
- DerekThey actually left me a voicemail. They called my cell phone, I told them I was at work and gave them my work number. They haven't called back yet.
- Caller: COMCAST
- SasComcast is stooping to an all time low. If you call the # you will have the option of having your # removed.
- Caller: Comcast
- T from MAI googled the number and found this site, because I got a missed call on my cell (no voicemail). Thanks to all who posted, now I know who it is.
- mj| 1 replyMy caller id says COMCAST. So I called back and there is a recording that clearly identifies them as Comcast Sales.
As instructed in the recording, you can ask to be put on their Do Not Call list by simply leaving your name and number.- Caller: Comcast
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Angella| 1 replyThis number keeps calling me too. The only thing is it never rings either. I always just get a missed call notification and no voice mail. Does that happen to anyone else?
- Caller: Comcast
- mswadei keep getting this phone number for last few days or week? no messages
- Caller: ????
- ssthis shows comcast as Caller ID but dont leave any msg
my no is on do not call regisrty - MBDI've gotten these calls as well, with no messages, for the past several weeks. I don't have caller ID, but *69 provided me the number. I doubt this is actually Comcast. I am already a Comcast customer, and I have received email notices from them warning about phishing and phone scams. Bear in mind that the Do Not Call registry only prohibits companies you've NEVER done business with from calling you. If you are a client of Comcast, or have been a client of theirs in the past, they are legally empowered to call, mail and email you without limitation. And this applies to any companies they've acquired or merged with (Adelphia, for example). However, from my experience, this is not something Comcast has ever done in all my years of dealing with them. So for Comcast to be calling customers and then have a message promising to remove them from a call list just doesn't make sense. Why would they spend money on an operation that does that? I suspect this is a company posing as Comcast in an attempt to gain personal and financial information to commit fraud and/or identity theft.

- dpi need a landline like a need a hole in my head.
- rwcc3-4 calls over the past week or so to my cell phone. No voice mail message. I never answer or respond to calls when I don't recognize the number and no voice mail is left, so I don't know what this is about.
- Caller: Unknown
- Tyrone| 1 replyI told them to cancel my Comcast service, which I don't need anyway. In Boston, you get about 40 digital channels for free over the air, so who needs Comcast for TC? If you tether your phone to provide internet access to your PC's, you don't need Comcast's internet service either. The bottom line is that you can cut $120 or more off your monthly bills by dropping Comcast altogether, and you'll not notice.
