I recommend anyone who gets a call from this number to call them back and get on the Do Not Call List

That's a bad idea to call back and press 1. All that does is let them know they have a live number and will most likely sell your number to a thousand more scums.

Same here.  Don't hit the press 1.  Just block the call and report it here.  I don't know who it is but I blocked it on my cell.

Offered me a business loan of up to $250,000 with no credit check.  This is my personal number and is listed on the National Do Not Call Registry.  I waited for someone to talk to so I could ask how they obtained my number, and the person who came on the line said that they hadn't called me.  REALLY!?!?  I asked to be removed from their list, and he asked for my name and phone number.  When I asked (again) how they had obtained my number, adding that it is on the National Do Not Call Registry, he hung up on me.

Spam - recording told me my business was pre-approved for a $200,000 cash advance.

On Wednesday, February 18, 2015 a male called from "the loan department." He called around 8am and 2:22 pm. The afternoon caller identified himself as "Howard."

We don't have loans.
We hung up on him both times.

This guy is a frequent caller along with the caller from "Credit Card Services," and others of this ilk.

We are on the NO CALL list registry, have an unlisted and not listed number, and have asked these people not to call us.

Nothing works.

Wondering at what point do these serial harassing phone calls become a criminal act?

asked me if my refrigerator was running?? then said I was preapproved for a 250000 loan. Checks in the mail!

Same here I keep getting a call from the same fricking number daily I do not answer I am just going to block it thanks for the heads up.
