Received three calls from this number in last three days. It is registered in Bryan, TX. No one responds when I answer the phone with "Yes?" I called the number this evening to see who it was, but got a Verizon message telling me it is a non-working or disconnected number. I suspect it is a robo-phone message. Could someone be using that number as a caller-id identifier to cover the reall callers number?  The banner on caller ID says Texas Call

Got another call from this number again tonight. Says he was Adam from Technical Support about my Microsoft system. Told him to buzz off and delete my phone number. When I called the number shown on my caller-Id
, Verizon said the number was no longer in service, disconnected, or not a valid number. The caller was no Adam...Mohammed more likely, with a heavy mid-Eastern accent.  SCAM!

Been receiving several calls from this number.  Be very careful as this is a scam and they are trying to get access to your computer with your help.  I believe they want to sell a monthly service claiming your computer has been hacked and only they can prevent it from happening in the future for a monthly fee.  When you refuse their assistance they threaten to make your computer inoperable within 24 hours.  

We get this call on multiple lines saying they are Microsoft support. They want your banking info and /or to remote in to your computer. Middle Eastern accent. Again SCAMMERS!!!

I have received calls from this number daily for a week. Today, Aug. 29, 2014, the gentleman on the line parroted my "hello" 3 times and then hung up.

Says from Windows...telling me they receive help signals from MY computer about a virus. Does not speak the kings English. When I ask questions, they hang up.

How can we report this scam and phone#?
Where is the correct place to report this?  FBI?

Have received several calls from this scam...using different numbers all the time...have spoken to the FCC about it they can't help since there is no way to identify the caller...called local Verizon was told same thing...no way to block the number either....I have called Micro Soft about it, they told me that they would not notify by phone if there was a problem with PC...daughter talked to this person from where ever he is from...he started cursing at her using extremely nasty language.

This number has been calling me for days now, three times within a couple of hours one day. I was called again twice today, decided to answer it and after saying hello a couple of times a recorded message came on saying I was the only one on conference...WHAT????

So I got the call from this caller ID today and suspected it was the computer virus scammers ... however, when I answered the connection dropped after 2 "hellos" -- After checking here, I called the number back, got a number out of service recording.
I called Verizon and reported; they stated that the caller is probably "somehow hiding their real number under that caller ID"
She blocked the caller ID on my Verizon phone and is sending the info through to their security dept.
