Received several calls from Officer David Hunt from BCI said I owed money for pay day loan and crimal charges were pending.  When I refused to give my credit card information he got rude and obnoxious.

He also goes by the name officer mike taylor from BCI

And Kevin Johnson from BCI

he called me threating me with my social and my name saying that I owe money

I have received several calls from this so called Officer David Hunt at my job on numerous occassions. I got caught up and he has alot of my personal information. When I asked him what companies he represent since he is a debt collector for them he will not give you a specific company name and will just say he is representing Cash Advance USA. He actually had me convienced that I was going to be arrested and file charges against me where I would be terminated from my job since I work for the government. He threaten to have me picked up at my job and my resident

I keep getting call from ofc JJohn Williams saying I have a legal case against me & my ss number. I did not call them back as don't know what it is about.

i just recieved a call this morning from a officer mike taylor saying the was a charge for a loan that needed to be paid in full today, i explained to him i have never recieved a loan, and asked him to verify my information, which he did somewhat, then threatened prison time if it was not paid today, does  anyone know how i can inform the authorities???

I recieved a call today from from Officer so and so from BCI. First they can not have you arrested for any of this load of bull. I told my Uncle who is a police officer. He said they have to notify you in a letter, if you request this being the only means of contact. So I requested this, if they contact me, I can sue them. So lets see if they call me again.

Roger Miller from BCI called our place of employment today asking for a coworker. She was not in, so he spoke with her supervisor and said she was being investigated for fraud.
He had a heavy foreign accent.
He called a couple of months ago asking for the same employee. She was not working that day, and when I told him that our company did not allow its employees to accept personal calls, he got extremely angry. He insisted it was not personal it was business. I asked if it pertained to our company business and he said it was business and extremely important that he talk to her. He would not take no for an answer. I hung up once and he called back, so I just put him on hold and let him listen to our hold music until he hung up.
We looked up the number online and there are numerous comments from others saying it is a payday loan scam and the "officer" threatens an arrest warrant if the debt is not paid.

I received the same calls that everyone else received. But this time his name changed to Sr. Attorney David Hunt from the Fraud department. What this person fails to realize, I work for an attorney and I am looking forward to eating their butts up in law suits and court fees. I am going to do it the rigtht way.

I do not know who this person is. They said that a legal case is against me per my social security number.

I just got a call from Officer Sam Johnson with the state investigation dept. I asked which state
or which country, he had a very thick accent. Can I report him to anyone?

I also got a call from an Officer Sam Johnson, heavy accent. He said he was from the State Investigation Department and that I had lawsuit against me and that my social security number was black listed. I received calls similar to this months ago...different guy/name. Said I took out a payday loan (which is not allowed in my state) and that I failed to pay it back. He said that I would be going to jail and that they would be coming to my work to get me. They had me totally freaked out. I constantly check my credit report, and nothing is there.

yeah i been bug for days thinking that i was going to get arrested for this pay day loan. i told my family and they said that they have to send you a letter. just annoying, gotta change my number.

i got a call from a officer craig henry    very foreign accent from the state investagation unit , all full of crap   also saying i would be arrested at home or work   these people are the scum of the earth

is this real or a fake do i pay or not

even I thought first it was a scam but i really got  arrest warrant and i was behind the bars. And after that i resolved this problem with many problems. I have requested them a lot to take my money and resolve this matter. Please its a personal suggestion don't take it very lightly

yes they are real they have contact to me also and my work as well. But I have resolve this matter and i m out of this problem now.

THIS IS SO TOTALLY A SCAM. CREDITORS MUST INFORM PEOPLE OF ANY DELINQUENCY IN THEIR ACCOUNTS BY LETTER. ANY RESPONSE MADE ON HERE BY JACK OR KAT IS FALSIFIED INFORMATION AND THEY ARE PART OF THE SCAM. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY.
