I got a call from this number, said he's a local process sever (its a NC number, I'm in MI).  I have to call today and were nasty and said to call Diane Jennings back at 855-619-0700 or I will be served today.   The company that they want me to call is Mitchell & Associates.

another scamming bill collector

Called all (3) lines for my job, did not leave a voicemail but hung up. Glad to see one come out of the woodwork, now time to get a settlement.

Got a call from them saying that they gona serve me paper for court i told them to bring it to my house they said that im gona get arrested by the sheriff for a bad check these people are full of [***] they lie about being a lawfirm and trying to scare you into giving them your money

Some one called me from a no. that was new to me-also some from 2 other people called me too, they are scamming me again im sure. The number:980-321-9500 came on my ID caller on my phone. I wish they would quit doing this to me and others, God does not like people like this.QUIT! QUIT! DOING THIS YOU PEOPLE OUT THERE!

Just got a call from a man stating he is with Firestone Legal and his name is Mr. Penlin, and he left a return number of 855-619-0700, stating that he needs to verify some information from me and that the issue may go to litigation and if I do not call them back I can be served papers, I contacted the local courts and they do not have any open dockets with my name and they told me that this is probably a scam from someone that has gained my information and is trying to get money from me and to not give them any information.  I hate that you can apply for a car loan or even a payday loan, pay it off or not even utilize it and individuals can take your name and information and try to get money out of you that they do not deserve, GET A REAL JOB!!!!

I got a call from this number (980-321-9500) saying that they are going to serve me with a summit to appear at the court.  Said that I need to call asap for my statement before we appear.  Called them and asked them the original company that I owe the bill to, so I can give them a call, but "Mr. Stewart/Stuart" refuse to give me the number and was very nasty about the whole process.  Also, as a debt collect, legally they are suppose to announce that they are a debt collector and make a statement that all debt collector are suppose to say.  Then I called back and asked them where they were located and they refuse to give me that information as well. Finally they told me they were located in South Carolina, but when I look up the number, it was actually located in North Carolina  I told them I want to see if they are registered with BBB, but they start getting really nasty toward me.  I have already fallen for this once but I am getting tire of these people scaring me all the time.  Can someone give me advise on what to do? I can't even find this company in BBB and in internet.

This same company called me today but under the name Firestone Legal Associates. They're basically loan sharks. They don't furnish you with any information regarding the debt. Nothing mailed. They won't even verify they're federal ID or any actual legal information that would help you resolve the matter.

I also went through this whole process with these people. Saying I had a payday loan from May 2009. They hooked me and then I started checking things out. I also got in touch with my AG's office here in Iowa. They told me it was a scam. These people had me believing that I was going to be served. They contacted my office and spoke very rudly to my SVP of HR. And to a couple of other people too. I have filed papers with the AG's office over this. The numbers I got was 855-619-0700 and 803-403-9699. I spoke with the following people or these are the names they gave me.

This paday loan was paid off long ago. I got so many excuses so many (we will return your call) right away when they finally figured I was on to them.

The AG's office has stated, they cannot have you arrested, they cannot have you served, to ignore these people because this is one of the biggest scams to come along when it comes to matters such as this.

I read the article on the company Aryca solutions/Mitchell and associates. I use to work for this company. I did not know of the company, how crooked they all are and the owner. I did not know they was illegal at all. You are told to use a false name when calling people about these so called debts. Some of the debts are real and some are not real. The owner of the company is ROYCE MITCHELL. Please people google him and you will see that he is from Buffalo and has been convicted of rape of a minor, indecent liberties with a minor and MURDER. So he uses the name Aryca Solutions for his company which is actually his DAUGHTER name. If you are ever called by this company, Please do not give your checking, credit card, debit card or prepaid card information. These people are crooks!! If they call you about a debt you know is incorrect or paid, just hang up. Alot of what they call you about is something made up. JD MORGAN is a fake name. His real name is Stephen Garcia (drag queen). Who is a junkie. This company is not located on WT Harris and they are using a fake mailing address in SC. They are located off Sharon Amity. Suppose to be moving to MINT HILL, NC. This company is so not legit, there is foodstamp selling going on in there, selling of drugs (hydrocodone/pain killers), marijuana smoking in the parking lot and fights. The so called manager Diane (who has been recently fired) lived in Rock Hill, SC. She is a crook too and was the main one buying the pain killers. Please beware of this scam company, owner and employees. FYI... If you owe a debt to a company, you will not be arrested for it. Possible judgements, served for court, wage garnishments, but not someone coming to arrest you. Also before doing business with a company, one way to know they are real , is to check with BBB(BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU). If they are not registered, do not do business with them and do not give out your information.
