This company scammed my wife out of my job info some LOW LIFE served me with court papers

this Number call my nephew's Phone saying  that has been issued for my request for a restrianting order that was volated this is a scam, they also want you to provide personal infomation if they had a warrant would they have all your info

9809390922 called me to claiming verify information for suit purposes had way to much information to a scam they even had my drivers license number. How did they get that?

I used to work for these guys they were never in the office. That first post is fake. They are fake scammers. the other workers left and quit cause someone told us the police were coming. I knew the job was a scam but I always got my check. Sorry people but you did owe the bills.

Gave me a claim/affidavit notice BKW2360 and the phone number 980-939-0922.  The lady was rude and very unprofessional.  Told me she was doing me a "favor" by giving me "advance notice" that a claim was issued against me.
Told me to ask for Tina McCoy.

This call leaves no caller ID info.  Go figure!

This is a total scam.  They completely lie and are unprofessional.  They also are calling 3rd parties talking about restraining orders & subpeonas & make it out to be some type of emergency that you call them back.  I think this is probably illegal.

Got this call today from someone named Carol Beans a "special investigator" that said I had 24-48 hours to show cause against a restraining orders and that I had been named in a suit.  Left a call back number of 980-939-0922 but was calling from 213-985-1954.  What she didn't know is that she done called the po-po on herself!

I also got a call for my husband about a restraining order she said her name was Joan Chase, special investagator with a diff claim number. I dont' get it.  A restraining order for what.  I never heard of colletions issuing restraining orders.  That makes no sense.  Anyway I did not bother to call her back.
I know this is all a SCAM.

"Sharon Smith".. first caution.. (id phone #:6172094273) gave court # etc stating this guy had a restraining order out for him. He was to call his layer and also gave a # for him to call, which was 980-939-0922.   guess some people get fearful and begin to make the calls to straighten things out.  NEVER do that.  It just verifies your # and then trouble begins.   EVEN If it was a good #, always call your police dept, to get varification or your city courts etc.  I don't know how they get by with this. Besure you always report the scam and make sure you give date, time, all the phone #'s (id's and other #'s they want you to call) , ALL info you have.   Sorry for those that get spammed in this time of econ.   People are so very cruel and so evil.     Just be be alert!    God bless each.

So someone owed money, gives you the right to rib people off? Even if people owed the money or not,  It is a terrible thing for others to scam them and make things even worse.  You seem to think it was just fine to scam someone and  steel money from them.  The money they sent ...  could have gone to pay  his debt.BUT YOU got money.   How evil it is.  It is steeling. It is lieing.  It is putting people in a terrible  situation and may cause depression and cause physical probs....like heart attacks.   There is no justification for what was done.
God will never bless such things and there are consequences when one robs or ruin someone's life for one's own gain.   Hopefully, you do not sleep @ night and have such guilt over what you did......KNOWING you worked for very dishonest people and helped them rob someone.

I also received a message from "Tina McCoy, special investigator" via this number... she said that a complaint had been filed against me and that I had 24-48 hrs. to reply to some type of restraining order... After looking into this, I believe it to be a scam, but I have no idea, I am going to ignore the calls and hope for the best. Summons to court must be issued in person and cannot legally be discussed over the phone. If anyone knows what to do or how to report this, please let me know... I would like to take action against these people... perhaps a class action law suit is needed...

The company is a complete scam don't do it. They won't sue or send any papers only emails. That's why they want you to do MoneyGrams to a person. If you have been scammed they are full of lies the real company is located at 815 Superior #1720 Cleveland, Ohio get your money back

Police say nothing they can do but report it.  Said to contact my phone company to block that number.  I work for the phone company and would advise anyone to report it to the Annoyance Call Bureau.  I don't have that number with me though.  Good luck to everyone who gets this call.

This person called me from a 000 012 3456 number I didn't answer and she left a message saying I was a respondant in a case and to call back the 980 939 0922 number.  I did so frantic not knowing what was going on , only to receive no one answering the phone after several attempts!  So annoying.  I looked the Number up and everyone says it's a scam.  But let me tell you as a law abiding citizen not a nic way to wake up!!!

Ok I got a call today from Amanda Johnson "Field Officer" stating that again I have 24-48 hrs to take care of this. She also called my mothers house! The number she left was 980-939-0922, when I called the number they were very rude and short. they told me court, restaining orders, ect... but when I asked for there info she became even more short and rude and even hung up on me. She would not give me my own acct info or the lawyers name that was handleing the case, I can tell you that the local police dept are looking into it now, and reports have been filed with the Federal Trade Commission (877-438-4338) and with the Attorny General (919-716-6000). It is believe to be a scam! Again they have to actually serve you in order to have any claim in court heard. That is one of the things that made me hesitate, I have never lived with my mother and the address they were useing was hers! From all that we have found out this morning is the company is out of Charolett but has hit the Ga. area first. and in there final words to me GOOD Luck! Creepy

How do I get an address ? I received a call from North Carolina
mecklenberg and another call came from jacksonville Florida.  Its dificult to get Law Enforcement
to act on this crime Its extortion.  I realized from the first call this was fraud

"Special Agent" Brian Walker called from what I believe was a skype # (000-012-3456) notifying a Bridget (not me) that she had 24-48 hours to have her lawyers respond to a suit.  He informed me (Bridget) that I should have them call 980-939-0922.  I think this may be the modern day Kenyan princess needing to transfer money.

Received a phone message from "Special Investigator" Thomas Bradley claiming that I am a respondent in a complaint - claim #CIV2599 - for contract number 9809390922 and I have 24-48 hours to respond.  The caller ID showed 213-985-1256. He left no call back number in the message.
