    Received a call on my cell phone 3/2/2016 at 11:20am from Hammond,LA.
    I did not answer and they did not leave a message.
    Glad I came on here anD saw what others wrote, they are now BLOCKED

    Called 3 times. When I answered she said "hello" 4 times and asked for me by first name. When I said "speaking", call disconnected. ???  Called again a few hours later. Declined the call.
