Called while I was out.  Did not leave a message

Got a call at 3:21 p.m.   Asked for me by name, I hung up, didn't recognize caller or Michigan ID

Called 11:45am. Didn't recognize on my Caller ID so didn't answer. No voicemail left.

I am unemployed i told them that i could not donate any money yet they still keep calling. They say there are collecting money for disabled veterans. I do not trust them.

We are new to town and they called looking for the previous owner of our phone number.  I figured it was just someone else looking to collect money for unpaid bills from the other person and figured I'd help update their records and prevent them from calling us again.  The man at the other end said he was collecting money for the mentally handicapped.  He hung up when I asked for information to research their organization.  Obviously this isn't a well though out scam.

Called the other night.  Talked to my wife.  Asking to donate to help Disabled Vets.  My wife told them I am a Disabled Vet and thanked them.  They called again today.  I hung up as soon as I heard a voice.  I doubt the legitimacy of this number.  It should say where it is coming from, not "Michigan".  If you want to donate to Disabled Vets, or any other Service Organization (VFW, AMVETS, American Legion, USO, etc.), call the organization and ask how.  They have procedures for making sure it gets where it is supposed to go.

Asked for me by name...........I asked who was calling.............she said Disabled Veterans........I hung up!  I don't trust these callers!

ID said "michigan"  I didn't answer. I wish instead of  "no call" with exceptions it should be illegal for
everyone. I would rather get junk mail than be disturbed by phone calls. I also think that we get so many more now because they haven't been able to get cell numbers yet.

Got a call from this number and it said Michigan on it but was not a number I knew so I didn't answer it.

So sick of these phone calls and being harassed on a daily basis. Why doesn't the FCC do something?! In time, our lawyer will take care of it. It's definitely bogus and I refuse to give to them. They claimed to call only once a year. It's funny I just had the same organization just call me a couple of weeks ago... And you wonder why donations are down.

I picked up the phone without looking at the caller ID, as I was expecting a friend to call me right back.  The man said he was collecting donations for the mentally handicapped veterans.  He basically just wanted a credit card number.  I asked for his U.S. tax ID (even 503C, non-profits have one).  He hung up, so this is obviously a scam.
