I was taken to their website from an ad on facebook. I have also been tricked in to parting with £134.  It is a total scam and the bank can not do anything becuase the company have a tiny link to Terms and Conditions which outlines what they are going to do. You are led to believe you are only paying for postage and packing, but after 10 days you get billed the rest of the money despit not having receive the free trial goods in the first place. RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The phone number is 1-877-825-1528 .  I talked to a woman, but she just argued that there is no trial package.  I clicked on for that trial they said you could have for just the $1.98 shipping cost.  They charged my M/C $95.00.  I called M/C and purchased fraud protection for the future.  I may have to pay the $95, but was told to talk to that company and if nothing was resolved to call M/C again.  Good luck!!

I have been charged first $79.98 then $83.93 for four times. They do not stop the charging,
even with numerous calls. Finally my credit card company called them.

I called this company today a week after placing my order for a free trial with $1.19 shipping.  Since then I have been charged the $1.19, $99.96, which is listed in the fine print of the terms and agreements as refundable, and 8 other charges ranging from .04 to $3.00.  I was told that all though the company is shipping from Phoenix AZ that they're head office was in the UK so that my bank was charging me foreign currency charges.  They did admit to charging me and additional $1.19 and $1.49 twice in error which they would refund.  I explained that I still hadn't received my order and was told it was shipped yesterday and was provided with a tracking number that does not work when it was placed in the USPS website.  The company said it was too soon to track.  When I inquired about the rebate process, I was told in order to received the rebate for th3 $99.96 I was charged, I would first need to pay an additiional $99.96 first!  I told her that I had signed up for a FREE offer and she told me it was only a 50% offer.  After calling my bank, who advised me to cancel the card and get a new one, I called the customer service number to cancel my order.  This representative told me she would cancel the future orders and charges and that I was entitled to the rebate of the $99.96.  She gave me the website of rebatevault.com.  After reading the Terms Of Agreement on that website, it states a Rebate card will not be issued until 2 payments are received.
Best bet AVOID THIS COMPANY and CANCEL your bank cards.

Beware!! It's a scam same thing happened here in Australia to me its from the sample Acacia berries -they refund you your money back then couple of months later they start taking money from your credit card that you originally purchased the sample pack from..... the whole website is a scam!!!!! if you ever see anything like this in your bank statements put a stop right away VISA-NTR*acoptimumcs.com 8778251528 CYFRGN AMT

Close your account and open a new one. They did this to me and I had to report my card as stolen to stop them.

also trying to get on line to apply for the refund,find the unline  will not let me on.What can be done to get a reply and get out of this mess.

I too was directed to this website to file for a "rebate" of $100.00 causing this free trial of this product to cost $99.95.  the trick is they are charging this amount TWO times totally almost $200.   I am contacting my card company now!  i guess the adage, nothing is free is very true with this product!!!

I have been truly scammed by this company.  I ordered a free trial pack and have been charged $99.99 twice even though I cancelled the trial before I even received anything from them and received a confirmation of this cancellation.  

A very anger proviking reminder of Buyer beware.  This sort of operation should be banned and shame on the well known celebrities who lend their names to these products.

I had a charge of .99 on a credit card from this company and have no idea what it is for or who it is. It may only be .99 but if they charge enough people this bogus fee, they make a fortune.

They have taken my trial offer money and even the money to be taken if I liked the product--help

I woke up with a charge for 99$ on my account.  I have never ordered anthing from these people.  I also had 2 other charges the same night from 2 other strange companies.  CANCEL YOUR DEBIT CARDS IMMEDIATETLY!!

We also had the same experiance with this company.  We have not yet tried to call them but they have debited VISA for over $100.  The advertisement was for a free trial and all we had to pay was the shipping which was less than $3.00.  The  amount for over $100 was not authorized.  We would be quite willing to report to BBB but can you give more info on how to do that.

`My Visa was charged 2 times in the amt. of 99.96.  Called this number and got a refund confirmations..  However, I may calll my bank and dispute the charges in case this refund is not legitimate.

I have also been "SCAMED" by [NTR ACOPTIMUMCS COM], for ["UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES AGAINST MY DEBIT CARD"] WHICH IS PART OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT"]! Not only once, but [2 TIMES]! At a Charge of {$99.96} each time, and another charge of a few dollars. Maybe like $3.00 OR $4.00. I will have to find my Bank Statement. So that is a ["TOTAL OF $199.92"], PLUS THE OTHER $2.00 or $3.00.

They went so far as to actually ship me a product 1 time out of the 2 charges. [I JUST WROTE ON THE BOX, REFUSED, RETURN TO SENDER, BUT COPIED DOWN EVERY LAST LITTLE BIT OF PRINTING ETC. THAT WAS ON THE BOX]!

A little bit more ro add to the post that I just made. I canceled my card, and I am getting a new one issued. I have been taken advantage of to many times, and have had my I dentity stolen, just like it just was on this matter.

As far as a phone number, this I picked up from reading a number of other posts pertaing to this company.

My wife ordered this and I had the same results and problems that have been expressed. I cancelled my ATM card and filed with my bank for a refund after no results from company other than were keeping my money. Filed with the BBB and while "trying" to find "Complaint Statue" find the whole page of BBB complaints with this company.

When I called this number someone very quickly stated I would geta full refund and interesting before I gave any of "my" information he had all my account information and only asked me to verify an email address, then said the $99 would be refunded to my account in 3 to 5 days.

Not sure it will work but so far so good. Always file with the BBB it does not always help but it can't hurt.

Do not I repeat do not buy anything from these people I sent for free trial I was charged 60.59 then another 61.21 and even more to total of 207.68 which when I tried to call them there number was dead line I am now trying to get my money back through my bank just hope I can get it back .There just ripoff merchants and need to be stopped this money as just been wasted and to top it all I didn't even get the goods to even try please don't buy I beg you not to get anything.
