888-320-9435 keeps calling every ten minutes, I answer & it is a recording stating that there are no available operators to take my call.

I keep getting calls from this same number at all hours.  It started again today at 8:00 a.m. (SATURDAY)

I get calls from this number starting on saurdays.  i called it back and got an answering machine that said they were The Association.  What is that?

I got a text message saying my account is closed due to unusal account activity.
I do not have an account with franklin bank. Please clear this up.

I got a text message saying my accout is closed due to unusual account activity as well with Franklin Bank also. My ex boyfriend and his sister both received the same text but from 3 different people with false email addresses. This comes a week after someone obtained his bank account number from Capital One bank and used it to make a $500 worth of purchases. I have also been received phone calls on my home phone (which isn't even in my name) and my cell phone for his sister. This is crazy. These people need to be prosecuted. We live in a small town in Texas and I know of at least 2 other people who have received the same text. They all occured yesterday.

I got a text message from john@wildlife-control.com stating my Franklin Bank account is closed due to unusual activity and to reactivate it I had to go to www.bankfranklinsecure.com.  What is going on and why isn't someone taking care of this????

recieved text message from david@wtali.com stating "your franklin bank account is closed due to unusual activity, to re-activate, visit us at www.bankfranklinsecure.com"  believe that this is a scam, googled site, and this thread came up.

I received a text message from David@advancedcable.net stating that my franklin bank account has been closed due to unusual activity as well. I'll be the first to close my account with them tomorrow. Obviously my information has been compromised and I do not appreciate it.

I received 2 phone calls from this number in 10 minutes last night, didn't answer either one of them. They have called before and not left any message

Got a call from this number at home, no one on the other end.

Always an abandoned call, at least 5 times a week.
I've been reporting these calls to the FCC. At least they acknowledge reports by mail. Hopefully they will do something about it.

Received a call from 888 320 9435 soliciting funds for the Lake County (IL) Sheriff's Association.  Sounds bogus.

I keep getting calls from this number at all times of the day and evening asking for money; something to do with the police. I have no idea if it is a ligitimate organization and I need it to stop. I've told them that I am on the "do not call" list and it doesn't seem to do any good. They call from 7:30 in the morning until 10pm at night. Can I put a block on my phone?

If you have a fax machine send black pages to them, even with the message saying nailbox is full it will accept a fax. I will keep doing it until the calls stop. The Do not call list is useless..

I've been getting calls from this number all hours of the day. They call on average 14 times a day. And not always from just this number. So i did 2 days worth of digging and found out that this number along with several more belong to everest university online. Now i never even gave these people my number or my name but for some reason they have both. I've informed them at least 50 times to take me of there call list and they still continue to call. The next step is to write a letter get it noterized. Send it to them. And if they continue to call. I can sue them for 500.00 dollars per call under the  1991 protection act. So for all you out there looking for who this number belongs to. There ya go.
