Stated they were "Walker Law Group". But when I look up the phone# on the internet it shows Lake Center Lending and J.Mattenly Grp. Inc. Also when I call back there's a recording that doesn't state a company name-odd. I'm thinking this is probably a scam to get your money by using an attorney's name and act like they are that person. It's not listed under Better Business Bureau.

Actually, Walker Law Group is not a scam. My aunt got her loan modified with this law firm. 80k cut from her principal balance and her payment was almost cut in half.
People need to understand that there ARE companies out there that actually want to help people.

ALSO: the if you want a good rating with the BBB, you need to first pay them a yearly fee otherwise you can never get an A rating.

What is the name of your Aunt?  Do you have the loan mod docs to prove it?  Wasnt Walker Law Group formerly Rockfield Law Group???  Why did you change names???  Can you explain the F rating on the BBB for Rockfield??  lol

I think it's a scam.  I was doing research on "Quest Financial Solutions" because that is the name of the company I was given when a sales rep called me.  I don't have caller id on my land line, so I asked the sales rep to give me his number where I can reach him.  He gave me 888-736-5755.  When I called, the name of the company was not given in the recording.

The very next day, the rep called me on my cell which I had given him as the best number to reach me at. This is the exact 949 number which appeared on my cell phone's caller id so I decided to do research on that too.

Thanks Ruby for the initial question regarding this number.  I definitely will not be doing business with these people.

Oh, by the way, the BBB isn't always a good place to do research at.  I made a large investement with Epic which had an A rating on BBB.  If you look at them know, where are they?  Gone, along with my money.  :(

Good reviews don't help because friends of theirs can always post them.  Instead, check for complaints.  No one purposefully files complaints.

I was just taken by Quest Financial Solutions. How is it that these scammers can advertise on tv?  They took me for $2500.00. The numbers I was given were 888-736-5755. I worked with individuals by the name of Kenny Watts his fax number was 949-296-1195 and email address was kwatts@quest4solutions.com, Kaithlyn Bush, Post Compliance Manager Kbash@quest4solutions.com, and Cara Kerr ckerr@quest4solutions.com. The address was 23101 Lake Center Drive Suite 205 Lake Forest, CA 92630.

I was very depressed and didn't know what I was going to do. How could I tell my husband.  The mortgage people are all over me and I lost money I didn't have to throw away.  I'm over that now and now it's time to fight!  If anyone else has had this issue please reply back!

My husband and I paid $2500 also, and now that it has been a few weeks since we heard anything my husband drove up to Lake Forest today. Quest Financial Solutions no longer is at the Lake Forest address and their new landlord said that their last rent check bounced. I think we've all been had and we need to find a way to get our money back. Any one know a good attorney?

my wife posted as teacherT below. i have done a lot of research in the last few hours and it looks like they have several addresses as well as several business names. someone mentioned j. mattenly as a contact for the lake forest office and that is the name the Lake Forest office was leased under. if you have been victimized by these crooks report them to the Secretary of State, Department of Corporations, CA Attorney General's office, and the BBB. if anyone knows how to start a website please do, so we can use strength in numbers to get our money back. good luck to all.

    Important-important-important...

Listen up Jak and everyone else who had dealings with Quest Financial Solutions at the Lake Forest, CA location. They are no longer there and are scammers. They have taken $2500-$3500 from a lot of people with no results (me included). I have just reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and filed a complaint. They need all of you people that had dealings with them to call and file a complaint so they can attempt to go after these people. The more, the better. I was told that there is a chance to get some, if not all of our money back depending on their investigation...please call them!!!!!!!!!
Their number is: 1-877-382-4357. Thank you.

Thanks Viper, I'll make sure Jak and I call the Federal Trade Commission. I've filled a complaint with the BBB, we are looking into involving our local police as well. We got a copy of our cashed check from the bank and Quest cashed it using a business stamp as a signature, at a CHASE bank. We're going to try to use this info to track someone down. Jak drove up to Lake Forest a few days ago to find an abandoned office, we contacted the landlord only to find that they moved and their last rent check bounced. Thanks for your info, keep it coming if you find out anything else.

I have been dealing with this company: Quest Financial Solutions for almost a year.  My understanding was that they were helping me to get a modification of my loan.  I sent them two checks each for $1,250.00  ($2,500) For a while they were staying in touch and telling me that my paperwork was with the lender (Chase) and that it was in review.  Now they seem to be unreachable, I only get a busy signal when I call their number.  It looks as if I have been scammed

I too was trying to modify my loan through Quest Financial. My husband received info on them in the mail and was interested in calling them. At first I was hesitant but after talking with them and looking them up on the BBB site I felt they were legitimate. We gave them all our information and 2500.00 back in June. They were diligent in calling us on a regular basis to let us know we were still in review..well now it's October and have not spoken to them in a couple of weeks so I tried to call to see what was going on and all week long the lines are busy...including the fax#. I felt that it was strange that a business would have busy lines for so long. I tried calling the Operator to see if she could tell me that this business was out of business or just having problems with their phone. Oddly she could never get on the line to check it because their equipment was down. I think we've been scammed,I just don't want to believe that we were scammed. I hate that I wasn't able to see the wolves in sheep clothing cause I think I'm good at detecting BS.I guess these guys are really good! but more than the money I'm worried that they have all our information.

Please tell me how long ago you were scammed? and have you taken any measures to try to get these people? My e-mail is kykatjon@yahoo.com if you have any info for me. Thanks
