    I recieved a call from 00000-00000-000000 i picked up and it was silent for 2 seconds then some disturbing noises started, i was really scared when this happened. after 23 seconds the caller said "vale vale" (Translation bye bye)  after 35 seconds the call ended and my phone crashed. Any idea who this is?

    The caller is going to some trouble so you DON'T know who they are. I think that tells you all you need to know. Don't need a weatherman, right?
