Received 3 calls from this number on my cell phone today.  All were within an hour and a half time frame.
No message is left.  Fortunately today I was traveling on the freeway for over 2 hours and did not hear the phone ring. Had I heard the phone ring I would not have answered based on the weird number.  I know no one with a number like that. I feel if these calls were legitimate, a message would be left on my voice mail.

This number calls me cell phone all the time. i try and call it back and i get recording stating it is not valid.... i use a pre-pay phone and  when i try to answer it to have them stop. i get notning. but charged!!

I got a call from this number and didn't answer. No message was left. I have been getting all these calls and getting compensation and hey don't take no for an answer. It has been going on for months and  I am about ready to change my number.

Its calling me about 4 times a day. They say they are in dc but they have indian accents

I would like to know who this is.  They leave no msg and I cannot call back.

they continually call!   I never answer the phone,  especially w/an unrecognized number.....MORONS

I have gotten 7 calls from them today!  The last time they asked my name I gave it to them and they hung up!

I've been called by this number several times on my cell and haven't answered it because it's obviously a scam number.

called me multiple times  but I never answer.....

Called me three times so far today, each around one hour apart. I answered once and they said something really quick and really quiet so I couldn't understand, then they just hung up.

Got a call from this strange #and the person sounded like he was from India and for me by name I told him I was not home. No name

I just received a call just like this. The # kept calling, so I finally picked up. It was a women with a thick accent on the phone. I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times. I thought she said she was calling about my "Grand Apartment" (which really confused me), but she was trying to say "Grant Department". She told me I was selected for a $7,000 loan from the Government that I did not ever have to pay back. I then stopped her and told her to offer it to someone else and did not need her money. Asked her to take me off the call-list. Hopefully they don't ever call me again.

This is the same guy with an Indian accent that has called me on various other numbers claiming to be from some government agency or  the like, usually from a "DC" number. I've confronted the coward several times over the phone, and the he won't quit calling. He won't even speak when I answer the phone now. He's calling three times daily from this new number. Don't even waste your time confronting him if he calls you. Reporting doesn't seem to do any good either. Just block the number, report, and wait for the new number he calls from.

I have received a number of phone calls from 0000121233.  I have not heard it ring, but have found missed calls from this number.
