    My husband has also received numerous messages from 28-7898 and he has texted back and forth with this same short code? Has anyone found out any real info about this? I get messages from CVS and this is not a CVS short code?!

    Not buying the CVS thing. Whoever said they "verified" it, please post the link to that registry where you verified it, because a lot of us get texts from these 000 prefix numbers.
