recieved call from 00011....after second Hello!! some idiot speaking foreign language, so told him get stuffed

1471 said it was from 00011. Pause, little clanking sound like a glass being put on a table, the Chinesy voice saying goodbye.

Let it ring then picked up. Caller simultaneuosly hung up. No 'missed call' message.

Got a call from 00011 apparently. A call centre in Asia talking about 'Heaters on Benefits' either a scam or a very poor selling technique. Not worth answering.
