000123456789

Another scammer.  Received a call this morning from 000123456789 heard a foreign voice then it went dead.  No such area code nationally as 000 or internationally as 000123456789

We get the same call here in New Zealand. It rings quite often and when we have picked it up there is nothing there. I looked the number up and found this site. I would like to know who it is and what it is for.

I got a call from 000123456789.
An Indian female said she was from microsoft windows and that my pc had picked up a virus, could I carry out some tests which she would guide me through. I asked why my virus protection had not picked it up and she said that it was not that sort of virus. I said then could she please tell me the IP address of the computer concerned as I ran more than one.... she rang off.

These people then go on to ask you to pay to "fix" your PC - and of course they then want your bank details!! Just hang up on them.

So I had this same phone number call me but before s/he had anything to say, I called out " Really? 000123456789? Are you serious? If you're trying to make a prank call try harder and get a life!" I heard the person on the other line stutter and take a deep breath and I hung up.

Nat West PP! Recorded message - spam -third so far this morning and I am with TPS  (what's the point)

Not UK number so TPS doesn't come into it; for that matter, not NatWest either, most helpful.

Another recorded message from this spoof number. PPI this time. Obviously a bunch of conmen.

Very demanding, claiming to be talk talk....I hung up in the end

7 missed calls this morning in the space of 3 hrs!! What is the deal with this number as it's seriously getting on my nerves!

It is not the first time I have had calls from this number. I have answered on previous occasions and an asian voice have said they are phoning from talktalk as I have a problem with my internet connection. I ignored this call and it went to my answerphone but no message was left

Had this number call me before.  Today they said they were from Talk Talk  and wanted to discuss my internet connection.   . I told them to call me back when they had less background noise so I could hear their lies better. Funny they didn't want to talk to me any more.

Called  today  saying  it was  talk  talk  about the  broadband

Obviously a fake number. Picked up and braced myself for whatever they were peddling only to find the call ended abruptly.
