Got 2 missed calls from this strange number 00108 anyone got any ideas?

got a call from this number as well, who is it?

Strange number 00180 calling me over and over, no way am i answering a number like that, who is it?

Also had 7 missed calls from this number over 2 days, when I call back it is a dead line!!

Have had several missed calls from 00108 000 323 854.
Does any body know who this is as when I call back it states 'this is an unknown toll number'

i keep getting 00 1 08000323854 calling me about 6 times a week!!
i once answered it. with no responce from the caller,
does anyone know how we can bar international numbers?

I'm from north of Italy. Got a call 10.30AM, answering, no one was on the line!

I'm from the UK and keep receiving calls from 0800 032 3854. I am assuming it's the same caller and if so this is MBNA. Possibly promoting balance transfers or something like that. Needless to say I have NOT answered any of the calls.

Called by this number today, answered it and they hung up without saying a word.

I f you have  a bar number feature on your phone just use it..mine has at the moment got around 20 barred callers.It is worth getting a phone with this feature and not expensive.

Telephone number 00108000526403 keeps calling, but does not speak when aswered

I have had several calls to my land-line and one to my mobile, ALL from the same number:  00108000526403
When answered the line drops dead, and if left to go to voice-mail or answerphone, no message is left and again the caller hangs up.
Number unobtainable when I call back (not surprising given that this is not a mobile or UK land-line).
I have blocked the number on my mobile, registered my land-line with TPS, but service provider wants £3.80 to block the calls.

I received a call today from the following number 00108 0005 26403. I was busy and couldnt answer the phone at the time. the ringing stopped and I later checked to see what number called me.

I placed the number in google and it brought me to this web page.

It seems that many people have been getting a call from this number. Could it be the terminator searching for Sarah Conor. Me thinks not.

The only reason I can think of that a person/ or people would do this is if you were getting charged for the call and they were somehow making money off it. Maybe they get £1 for the first 60 seconds regardless if you spent the whole minute or a second. That would explain why they put the put down immediate. So that you wouldnt think anything of it and let it slide and without checking your phone bill.

Check your phone bill. I hope I am wrong but it is possible.

If you have a phone that shows the number of the person calling, then next time they call...dont answer.

I too had the exact same number call me I think your right about them charging you when you answer.  Going to block it now. I found on another site the number is being directed from Nigeria (Says it all really)

This code is from a scammer who wants you to switch on your broadband(apparently a fault with it) and hence can hack into your computer
