00113

I have this call. Now someone this number?

I recieved a telephone call tonight regarding a loan my son got, this loan had been paid in full in cash, but the telephone number 00113 is where it came from. I do not think that this is a legitimate company as they told me the details of this loan and confidentiality should not allow this.

On 12th & 13th September 2011--- 00113 called and hung up. grrrrr. (I am writing from Durban, South Africa)

I keep getting calls from 00113. When I answer there is silence. I have also got calls from 00122 in the same few days.

Called 4 times at 4am :-( (Germany)
No message on my answering machine of course - and no fax
They don't show the full number so you can't track them

I have just received a call from 001132853184. I didn't pick up and cannot trace who the caller is - tried Yahoo search and this is the only place comments have been made for a 00113 number. Has anyone actually spoken to this caller who can identify them? Like everyone, I am sick and tired of PPI calls, loft insulation etc etc - Telepests should be named, shamed and shut down ! TPS cannot stop these numbers, or being ex-directory. FED UP.

Just received a call from a number 00113 looked up country code and it is botswana. I am english living in england never been there dont know anyone from there soooooo possibly a scam call glad i missed it now.

Received a call 07/01/14 from 001133916800 wanting confirmation of a payment for £49.00, (which he did not get). He claimed to be Dameon Smith and he gave the company as Tulip Communications of East London. would not disclose an address or post code. Claimed I authorised the payment from the number he called me on,at a time when I was out of the country!! The amount hasn't appeared on my credit card as claimed.

Have just received a phone call from Tulip Communications on 001133916800 saying I contacted them in November and gave them £49 which I did not do (no money has been taken from my account) for unwanted telemarketing calls to be stopped.  

Exactly the same has just happened to me about 10 minutes ago. It was extremely worrying as he knew my full address and postcode although he would not tell me which credit card I had used or what the number was.Has anyone reported this. I would but don't know who to report it too.

Had the same call 001133916800. Said he was from Tulip communications and said I'd paid £49 to stop unwanted calls. I said 'like this one?' And he said 'yes, exactly!' I can't figure out the scam so thought I'd play along but he found me out and hung up.

Received the same phone call from Tulip Communications 001133916800 this morning asking me to confirm payment of £49 which I supposedly arranged in November for unwanted marketing calls

Have just reported this phone call to action fraud. I have notified them there has been a few of us that have received these calls and it is being passed on to the fraud team, it may be worth some more of you to contact them too to help them find who is doing this.

Got it too, it's a scam, block your card immediately

My elderly father was called by 001133916800 they said they needed his card details to verify payment of £49 to block unwanted calls. If you get this do not give details, I have had to block his card to prevent payment. This is a criminal way to treat vulnerable people

I did not give card details.after reading the other peoples posts I reported it to action fraud.

Maybe if some more of us report it we can stop this person.

Just had ANOTHER call from this company / tel number 001133916800 - same story that I had paid to block nuisance calls. Wanted my bank details etc. have reported them to TPS /ICO and joined the campaign by Which? To get the government to stop these harassing bullies calling people randomly. Nothing seems to stop them calling, threatening and being really rude on the phone. Think I shall have to try the good old fashion way of stopping the, by having a whistle by the phone and blow it loudly next time they call!! Will contact Action Fraud as well.
