Who can call from 001207?  That's the only number my Caller id said.  Is this even possible?

GOT A MISSED CALL FROM 001207 AT 6.15AM - ITS NOT EVEN A FULL PHONE NUMBER - VERY STRANGE - ANYONE GOT ANY INFO OR IDEAS ?????

The caller said she was from Windows support.  Why would windows support ring me? Probably some kind of scam.

Just had a call from this number, After really load hissing and crackling down the line i could just about hear something, then the line cleared and they said they were calling about security on my computer etc etc, after trying to give me some stupid lying sales crap speech i told them i didnt even have a computer so how on earth can they possibly be trying to resolve my securitiy issues on my pc or laptop?!?!? needless to say they hung up!! Do they really think people are that nieve?!?!? Just beware anyone who receives a call from this number incase they pretend to be something else next time or something.

Started to receive a whole range of calls from numbers like 001207...started about a month ago and get between 4 & 6 calls a day! Always silent as well. Here is a list of numbers I have received so far-

Have added them all to my auto reject list but new numbers keep calling....seriously thinking about changing my number!!

We have received lots of 0010xx numbers recently.  I think 001xxx numbers are internet phone calls from abroad.  When answered they have foreign accents and try to say they are from official places.  Obviously some sort of scam.

Silent call from these [***]. Time the government sorted it out. Nothing more than time wasters.

Ditto. Regular call from 001207 at 12:15 each day.

Have received calls from 001207, 001214, 001125, 001101 this morning. I dont answer them as Ive been there done that - But they dont stop. I let the call go to my voice mail on the landline but there is no message.
The calls claim to be from a service centre for computers. Definitely a scam but so thick skinned they just dont give up!

as well, all within a couple of days but all went unanswered as I wasn't at home. Would love for them to try it on as I work in network security in the first place!

001207 2254378 Recorded message saying there was suspicious activity on my network and BT would cancel my line unless I pressed 1 to speak to an operative. Very clearly a scam. There is no suspicious activity on my network and I am not with BT.
