    Called every 20mins, but humg up before my answering machine would pick it up. When I answered it said 'If you are expecting a call from eBay press 5' I wasnt so didnt, but it kept repreating until I hung up

    The person making calls from this number is some form of scammer and has made repeated calls over an extended period. Why have the authorities who have the means to track this person not caught him. He is a public nuisance at best, but more likely a fraudster.
