called about proposed takeover of Marks & Spencers and ny shares I hold........new my name but I sold the shares 10 yrs ago. Rang off when I questioned them

This is the document I was requested to complete ( I didn’t). Have now had 4 calls from them and 2 emails regarding Rockhopper shares. This was between late June/early July. Company is allegedly based in America and call themselves Prime Financial Group.

Had a call at about 18:40, wanting to speak to my wife about some shares she apparently
owns. I couldn't hear much of what was said because the caller had a very heavy Asian accent. My wife's circumstances are such that it is very unlikely she has any shares.

Had a call from this number (0016467973196) saying that a company was buying up Johnson Matthey shares at a price of minimum £30 to £45 per share to get a majority share holding, if I was interested they would email me a form to complete and return. Scenting a scam I didn’t give my email address instead requested the form be sent by post, suddenly the line went dead!!!

Had call re BAT shares as I did 10 years ago! Someone unspecified wants to acquire the company and paying well over the odds per share. Last time I was sent an NDA and I investigated the company domain: well executed, but iffy to anyone whose ever seen a genuine domain. Reported to UK FCA who blacklisted them. So they've started again now. Its a long term scam.

Caller said client wanted to buy my wife's Centrica shares. Similar speel to other comments listed.

Called my elderly mother on the landline (with BT call blocker!), stating my later father had shares and mentioned  something to do with investment take over. When I intervened and said post the information out the Asian/American female ended the call. Clearly scammers but perhaps not so obvious to the elderly and vulnerable.
