Idk... it called me back, and a kid's voice told me 111 and.. started laughing.. then crying and then screaming. Please help. It called back 2 times. I am scared

It is linked to a name called: "Aaron" based on app from Google play.

i called him, and a very dark male voice starting to say some numbers then thats it. It starts to hear something in the background. I dont know what or who is this, or if it is a robot. we are about to see sometime later from some people who will investigate.

Me and my bro called this number. It always says 0018018200263 or something and it has some type of alarm or something. I personally think this is some military or emergency number.
