Indian sounding "Andrew" saying we hadn't taken up Government's Solar Panel offer.

Mis-sold insurance claims.  Indian sounding caller.

The phone rang and the caller display showed 'International 001902'  Didn't answer call because I was suspicious that it looked like an international country code I was unfamiliar with and also that that the caller's full number wasn't displayed.

Indian sounding voice asking for someone (who doesn't own our number now). When I asked for his number he hung up!

Got a call from 001902, with Indian accent, hardly understood him, repeatedly asked him why he was calling, he became very rude and I ask for his manager, he told me he was the manager, why does the government allow this to happen it's a disgrace, I've already registered my telephone no.with tps, I made him aware it was illegal for him to call, then he informed me he was murderer he was going to murder me next and he hung up. Terrible!!!

Firstly, 001902 is not a UK number.
Secondly, TPS cannot stop calls.   All they do is require legitimate UK businesses not to call you.
Thirdly, you really knew all that because he was obviously foreign.
Fourthly, even the Scottish Government has no control over foreign people or foreign calls.   Forget the UK Government, they don't care and they are too busy trying to save their own bacon in the election.

Finally, the only way to not get calls like this one is to use a call-blocker.     Sad, unfortunate, but true.

Received a call today. Said was for PPI, I wouldn't tell me what company. When I said I can claim it myself he said "your not getting any money" in quite a nasty manner then put the phone down. Indian accent. This needs to stop.

This maybe be foreign callers but I hope you realise that Uk companies are providing our names and numbers to make these calls.
They getting the foreign ppl to do the dirty work.

You should report this to the police. As threats are a criminal offence

I have been getting three or four calls a week from this number and also from 001 903. I have never answered any but today have placed a permanent block on both numbers.

Well, they saved their bacon - and then some!
