This number calls me one time. Unknown person, who speaks english.

A person call from this number try to enter in my computer.
Be carefull people.

I received a call of 0020001 this morning. A women asked me whether I have Windows. I didn't trusted it and stopped the conversation.

I received the call from 0020001 today to my number in Croatia. The female voice (in something like Indian-English) explained that she was calling from London on behalf of a company providing services for windows and that she would help me fix the computer problems that emerged because of downloading of some films...
I declined, and so should you if receiving a call from this number.

This morning a person call from this number try to enter in my pc, too. Here in germany

the same here in germany, english speaking people told me, that they are from microsoft and  i would have some trouble with my computer, they tryed it still three or more times in the last year, i had to download something, i did not do that

same here: a english (indian accent) speaking lady from London claimed i had Downloaded something (i haven't, but i let her talk for the reason she will loosing time) that make my something bad on my windows computer (i didn't mention that i have no Windows) she asked about private or business use of the phone and computer and i responded with different and confusing answers - then she was looking for a Start Button on my keyboard... after i said there is no Start Button she just hang off the phone

they just called me aswell, didnt take it though... could costs occur if i take the call?

A women, he sade: she is calling from windows office departement ....etc.

hallo, Anruf bekommen nach Computer Problemen? habe soeben auch einen alten. da ich wenig englisch spreche, war der Anruf nur kurz...
hattest du auch Probleme mit dem compi?

Kann hier irgendjemand sagen was für ein Ziel die Personen hinter dieser Nummer verfolgen?

Auch meine Frau hat etwa das selbe erzählt. Wahrscheinlich ist da ein Häcker am Werke

Today a man with indian accent called me, saying he was from the windows office department. And i was to turn on the computer in order to see the problem with windows. I said that we have no problem with windows. He just repeated what he had said before. So i repeated myself, wished him a good day and hung up.

Heute hat mich ein mann mit indischem akzent (auf englisch) angerufen und behauptet, ich hätte ein problem mit windows und mich dazu aufgefordert den computer anzuschalten. Ich antwortete, dass wir kein problem mit dem computer hätten. Er wiederholte sich und meinte ich sollte den computer einstellen, sodass er das problem beheben könne. Ich sagte noch einmal und diesmal bestimmt!, dass wir kein problem hätten, wünschte ihm einen schönen tag und legte auf.

Niemals den computer einschalten. Er könnte z.b. ein Hacker sein, einen virus auf dem computer installieren, etc.! Windows Mitarbeiter würde sich nicht so bei Ihnen melden. (Ist in etwa mit den emails vergleichbar, bei denen man dazu aufgefordert wird emailadresse, passwort, etc. per email zu bestätigen...)

Ich hatte gestern den selben Vorfall. Ich habe bei der Poliei angerufen da es sich um einen Hackangriff handelt. Sie haben mir empfohlen die auf www.kobik.ch zu melden. Dies habe ich dann auch getan und Heute untenstehende Nachricht erhalten:

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, bei der Kantonspolizei Strafanzeige wegen Missbrauch des Telefons zu erstatten. Da die Anrufe aber offenbar aus den USA stammen, dürfte sich die Strafverfolgung schwierig gestalten. Zudem können Telefonnummern gefälscht sein.

Bei Fixnet Telefonen können normalerweise nur anonyme Anrufe gesperrt werden (sog. Service 99). Im Belästigungsfall kann Ihnen aber unter Umständen eine neue Rufnummer zugeteilt werden. Wir bitten Sie, sich mit Ihrem Telefondienstanbieter in Verbindung zu setzen.

Hatte soeben einen Anruf von der Nummer 0020001. Es meldet sich eine - eher schlecht - englisch sprechende Frau mit "Hello, my Name is Lisa from the Microsoft Office Departement. You have a problem with your computer...".
Auf meine Frage, ob sie auch deutsch spreche, hängte sie auf - offenbar nicht.

the person called me this morning in switzerland.. i thought it will be some spam [***] but i listened to him, anyway at the same time i checked the number on google and told him that he is a hacker.. he tried to convince me that this is not true but i insisted.., so he finally got very mad and canncled the phone.., idiots! don't trust them!

Be careful with this people, they call you from the Microsoft Office Department: You have a problem with your computer...". How this people are able to bother you and Microsoft permit them to do it?  I know is very difficult to control them but maybe easy to stop.

got 2 calls in Denmark today 16.38. I didn't answer.

Same here in Switzerland... Was a very nervious guy on the phone... Be aware people, nobody will call you for assistance without you knowing it!
