Call from a man with an Indian accent telling me that I needed to buy anti-virus software for my Windows computer. I told him that I already have anti-virus software and he tried to argue that mine was only a free one that came with the computer. It wasn't and i told him that I was not interested.

00202 rang me when i answered an automated voice just said goodbye these people should be found and delivered a package of c4

I've had exactly the same thing happen for the past few days. Sigh. I bet if I called 00202 back I'd be charged some eye-watering amount of money...

Indians calling for years saying they are from microsoft,or there is something wrong with my computer, and today I need antivirus. They think they are calling my elderly parents who both died last year within a few months of each other. I have told them not to call and there is nothing wrong with my computer but they never stop. They use made up numbers that show up on your telephones caller display. They are total lowlifes. Upset and also that nobody seems to be able to help. Just bought Truecall nuisance protector which I cant afford but hopefully will help me.

Got a call from this number. Girl said Hello 3 or 4 times and I cut off.

Was called today by this number. Picked up receiver and it rang off.

00202 has been phoning me  on & off for 6 months, finally my patience snapped, i went out bought a referees whistle and blew it down the phone as loud & long as i could. I have not received a call from them since.

Had several calls from this number no one speaks, really annoying keep calling me early morning.

Had a call yesterday from this number. An Indian bloke asking me how I would like cheaper gas and electricity. Very persistent.

Just received a call from a foreign lady, American accent, poor pronounciation claiming to be from Microsoft. I asked her where she was calling from and after hesitating she said Manchester. She wanted me to switch on my computer. I obviously didn't as I am well aware that this is scam. Number was 20002.

I've received calls from 00202 sometimes 3 times in one day, over several months to date.  Answered once and when they said I had a problem with my computer I hung up. I always check my Caller Display now B4 choosing to answer but I like the tip given by another annoyed blogger and might keep a whistle to hand ready for next time they call :o)

I must reply to chris and LB about using a whistle. This is very dangerous and can cause acoustic shock to someone on the other end, leading to tinnitus. We all know these calls are annoying but do you really want to destroy someone's life, who might be doing a job they hate to buy food for their families? I read recently about a man who stabbed himself in the heart and killed himself because of tinnitus. Is this the kind of revenge you want?

Had a call from this number with Indian accent guy around 19:00, asking if I had a an accident in the past five years, asked him where is he calling from, said accident advice line, he gave me the address for the head office, he did not has my name, it look like it is cold caller

Got a call from this No on a Sat evening I picked up and there was like a connection bleep and a woman with an Indian accent said 'I'm calling from *unintelligible*, before she carried on I said to her "are you serious? it's a Saturday evening, leave in in peace!". I was maybe a bit abrupt but come on, Satuday 8.30pm is no time for telesales.

Received a call today from 00202 from a man with an Indian accent - I hung up immediately.

Who are these morons/ whats their purpose and how do I stop receiving their nuisance calls

Received a call today at 8:04. I was still in bed, half asleep and assumed it was a family emergency at that time of day. Just put the phone down and let him talk to himself until he hung up. Asian accent and doing research.

8 30 am caller rang from this number  not answered as I suspected a scam. Best to ignore .

fed up receiving these calls from an indian, who is rude. My wife has answered also and left phone off the hook until they have gone.Is there any way of stopping or reporting them?
