00221

00221 showed on call list but no one there. Getting really brassed off with these calls this was the first from this number but have had other strange numbers like 031. Given up with TPS which seem to be next to useless in preventing these calls.  

I just had a call from 00221 but nobody  there. Like the previous poster, I recently had a silent call from 0301 too. I think these people change their caller ID on a daily basis to trick call blockers.

same as above 2 persons, had call from  00221 and 0301 this morning 2 hrs apart, registered with nuisance call register but are useless at stopping unwanted calls,

Got call from 00221  today, but I can see from this forum that it is linked to 0301.  
TPS & Ofcom are a waste of time.  
How can anyone possibly be civil to these annoying callers when all they want is your money.  If it were a person on your local street asking such questions & trying to steal from you they could be arrested - so what's the difference??  I absolutely loath them.

Had a call from 00221 and 2 calls from 490221 this afternoon.  Each time I picked up the phone it went dead.

I too have had several calls from 00221 with call dropped (possibly) as I pick up.  Annoying ?Certainly but is there a con going on here ??

they want you to call back, then you automaticly will be billed money
