I got the exact same email from Allen Frank, only shorter. Also exactly 10.2 million so it's [***]!
The signature says:
Cabinet Dentaire Nifa.10.
Rue Amouzou, Lome-Togo
  This is located in Africa! Never trust emails that want your information! Especially not from Africa.

I guess that first they ask your name, adress, age etc. Then they ask your bank account number. With this info they can transfer money from your account to theirs, before the bank can return it they already cashed the money and the bank can't do anything as they're in africa.

Do not answer or call this number back. The persons behind this number will try to. 1 hack your phone by adding illegal software. 2 Try to scam you 3.claim to fund you insane amounts of money, and scam you some more.

i have received an email saying that i have to call them for getting some sort of money from a certain dead person or the bank will take over the money! the source is Togo also! i guess this person or those bunch of person are trying to steal people over the net so be careful and dont answer

One person called me from Sinjal named Haj Abdulrahman said he saw my number after special pray and wanted to help me from Black magic that made by two women and man , i didn't let him finish and closed my mobile , those people are faked , dont dell with them
